Villa Terra Bianca is a modern and elegant villa located just 50 meters from the sea in the quiet village of Klimno on the island of Krk. The pebble beach is about 50 meters from the house, and in the center of Klimno, guests also have access to a beautifully maintained public (municipal) beach. There is also a beach in the village where dogs are allowed. In the immediate vicinity of the villa there is a landscaped outdoor area for fitness exercises (trim trail), and in the town center there is a children's playground.
The villa has a heated pool (heated pool ≠ heated jacuzzi; the maximum water temperature is 26–28 °C) as well as underfloor heating and is therefore also ideally suited for stays during cooler months such as early spring and late autumn. On 220 m² of living space, spread over two floors (ground floor and upper floor), the villa offers spaciousness, comfort, and modern design. The entrance leads through a spacious hallway into the central, open-plan living area, which combines a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a living room. The bright room with large sliding glass doors allows direct access to the pool terrace and offers a beautiful sea view. The kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances and everything you need for preparing and serving meals: induction cooktop, extractor hood, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, oven, kettle, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, as well as complete kitchen inventory. The living room offers a comfortable seating area and a large 65-inch television with satellite channels. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with its own bathroom (shower, washbasin, toilet, hairdryer). The bedroom is equipped with a double bed, a television, a wardrobe, and a desk, which is especially convenient for guests who need a workspace. A separate guest toilet is also accessible from the hallway. A washing machine is available in the house, reserved exclusively for guests of the villa. On the upper floor there are three more bedrooms, each with its own bathroom (shower, toilet, washbasin, hairdryer), ensuring maximum comfort and privacy. All bedrooms are equipped with large double beds, televisions, spacious wardrobes, and work areas. Two bedrooms have access to a spacious terrace with a lounge area and magnificent sea views.
All rooms of Villa Terra Bianca are air-conditioned, and guests also have access to Wi-Fi. Fresh towels and bed linen are provided.

The island of Krk offers numerous opportunities for hiking, cycling tours, and exploring local restaurants, where you can try fresh fish and traditional dishes.
