Runke: newly built modern villa for 4+2 persons, 160 m2, two floors.

On the ground floor there is the living room with sofa bed, the kitchen, dining area and a toilet.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms, each with a balcony, TV and bathroom (one with shower and one with bathtub) . From one balcony you have a wonderful view of the sea, garden and pool.
In the garden there is a private pool (6x4), 4 deckchairs, a covered outdoor kitchen with bathroom and a parking space for 2 cars.

The villa is suitable for families who want to experience a relaxing holiday near the sea.
Pets: on request (it is possible to bring small pets).

The villa is located in Premantura (south of Istria), near Cape Kamenjak and 10 km from Pula.

Cape Kamenjak: the southernmost headland of the Istrian peninsula, is a protected area. Here you have the opportunity to enjoy the beauties of Kamenjak in different ways.

Pula is the largest city in Istria with the largest number of Roman monuments in Croatia. It is famous for its amphitheatre, which the people of Pula call the "Arena".
