Runke: newly built modern villa for 4+2 persons, 160 m2, two floors.
On the ground floor there is the living room with sofa bed, the kitchen, dining area and a toilet.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms, each with a balcony, TV and bathroom (one with shower and one with bathtub) . From one balcony you have a wonderful view of the sea, garden and pool.
In the garden there is a private pool (6x4), 4 deckchairs, a covered outdoor kitchen with bathroom and a parking space for 2 cars.
The villa is suitable for families who want to experience a relaxing holiday near the sea.
Pets: on request (it is possible to bring small pets).

The villa is located in Premantura (south of Istria), near Cape Kamenjak and 10 km from Pula.
Cape Kamenjak: the southernmost headland of the Istrian peninsula, is a protected area. Here you have the opportunity to enjoy the beauties of Kamenjak in different ways.
Pula is the largest city in Istria with the largest number of Roman monuments in Croatia. It is famous for its amphitheatre, which the people of Pula call the "Arena".

Dream house in dreamlike location
We were as a family with a dog for a week in the Villa Runke. It was a dream vacation. Starting from the booking through the German-speaking support on site (once again, many thanks to Monika!). The house is top equipped, with high-quality appliances, furniture, and inventory. The property is completely fenced, so the dog could move freely. Nothing is really missing: fully equipped kitchen, the whole house is air-conditioned, large refrigerator (which the owner even pre-filled with drinks and ice), washing machine, large TVs (also in the two bedrooms), each bedroom with its own bathroom, etc.
Especially nice is the pool and the adjacent pool house with outdoor kitchen and high-quality loungers and a grill. There is also a small refrigerator and another bathroom here. In the garden stands an old tree that provides natural shade.
You are 400m from the Adriatic - you can easily carry the SUP over there. In the other direction, there is a charging station for electric cars 400m away. For shopping, you drive 5-10 minutes or visit one of the small markets in Premantura. All in all, a dream property!
