The villa is located at an altitude of 370 meters in a green area with a wonderful view of the Mediterranean Sea.
It is a very quiet location, ideal for relaxing. You can reach the sea and the beaches in 8 minutes by car.
France and Montecarlo can be reached by car in 40-60 minutes, as well as the cities of Sanremo and Imperia in 20-30 minutes.
In Cipressa, there are 2 very good restaurants, a grocery store, a pharmacy, and a tobacco shop.
