This charming house appears suspended between sea and sky situated on typical Ligurian terraces and surrounded by the many flowers and plants of the beautiful gardens which are full of secluded corners suggesting moments of relaxation, sport or socialising between family and friends.
From the moment you enter this house peace and tranquillity reign and the bright spaces full of natural light welcome you in.
Both levels have big picture windows offering magnificent views over the gardens and the Mediterranean Sea and can be used separately or together thanks to both having separate entrances as well as bathrooms and a kitchen on each level.
The upper level offers panoramic views while the spacious and comfortable lower level opens directly onto the swimming pool and gardens.
From the shower room on this level there is a suggestive garden view.
The swimming pool fits perfectly into the surrounding Mediterranean gardens pointing towards the sea like the bow of a sailing ship. In the evening it is illuminated making it the perfect romantic setting from which to admire the night sky.
The combination of style, attention to detail and modernity while immersed in the tranquillity of nature make this splendid jewel of a house difficult to resist.
All bedrooms are modern and friendly. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with bunk bed and a day bed that can be used as a single or double bed. Both rooms lead out to the large panoramic terrace overlooking the sea.
Downstairs there is a bedroom with a double bed, a spacious walk-in closet, a living room with kitchen and a sofa bed.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is situated in a residential area surrounded by the green hills of Cipressa and enjoys a sea view that will take your breath away. Cipressa is a pretty village about 240 m above sea level, on the Western side of the Italian Riviera, and offers a small supermarket, a post office with a cash point, a newsagent, a coffee shop, a chemist, two restaurants and a hair salon.
In a few minutes by car you can be on the coast with its charming marine villages such as S. Lorenzo al Mare with its numerous shops, beaches, bars and restaurants. It is also the starting point for the 24km long coastal bicycle path which meanders along the coast offering incomparable views of Mediterranean nature while passing through quaint villages miles away from the noise of the traffic in perfect harmony with both sea and land.
Cipressa is also the perfect starting point for walking holidays thanks to the many hillside trekking paths looking down over the Riviera and which lead back to Cipressa and its antique Saracenic tower the “Gallinaro” which offers a bird’s eye view over the surrounding countryside.
From the house, which is perfectly situated for Nice Airport just an hour away, you can also visit Lingueglietta (classified as one of the 18 most picturesque villages in Italy) and the sculpture gardens of the German artist Carin Grudda with its magnificent bronzes as well as Sanremo, Bordighera, the Principality of Monaco and the French Riviera while not forgetting the golf courses in Sanremo and Castellaro.
At the Marina degli Aregai in Cipressa’s port there is a diving centre allowing you to explore the ocean floor of the Ligurian Sea.

a high-quality and well-maintained holiday home
A great house that is high quality, practical, and lovingly furnished. The house, pool, and garden are very clean and well-maintained. Rarely have we had a house that is so perfectly equipped. Everything is available in the kitchen and bathroom. The hosts are always available and very helpful. They speak excellent German and English. From almost all areas of the house and garden, you have an overwhelming view of the sea and the mountains. We will gladly come back!

Awsome Juwel!
The week in "Il Pino Blu" has been an awesome time for all of us.
Being 4 adults and 2 kids, we enjoyed not only the incredible view over the ocean and the so much enjoyable pool, but also the space, the comfort and the lovely interior into the last details of the house...!
Anna and Guido thought simply about everything to make your holiday THE relaxing time it should be.
Will definitely be back!

Simply fantastic!
We were there with 2 families, which means 4 adults and 3 children. Based on the distribution of the rooms, it was simply perfect! Everything is very modernly furnished with a lot of attention to detail. The outdoor area is very beautiful with a fantastic view of the sea! The pool is also a dream! It is very central for many interesting activities! The Varaldo family, the owners of the house, are also very nice people! Communication worked very well from the beginning to the end! Mrs. Varaldo speaks very good German. There is really nothing to complain about and we will definitely come back!
