Description
On approx. 50 sqm, the flat offers space for four people.
The cosy kitchen-living room is connected to the entrance area with a wardrobe. A special eye-catcher here are the wall lamps designed as stall windows.
In the living area there is a beautiful leather couch with armchair, a table, a large flat-screen TV as well as a permanently installed radio with I-phone docking station.
The dining area with table and four leather chairs is harmoniously coordinated with the living area.
The L-shaped fitted kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with ice compartment, toaster, egg boiler, kettle, spices and of course sufficient crockery is more than well equipped.
In the master bedroom there is a double bed (1,80x2,00), night consoles, wardrobe and a flat screen TV.
The children's room is equipped with two single beds (0,80x2,00), wardrobe, radio with CD and also a flat screen TV.
A travel cot and a high chair are available for the very small guests.
The underfloor heating ensures pleasantly warm feet throughout the flat. This also applies to the modern bathroom with floor-deep shower, WC, washbasin and towel warmer. For the men there is a guest toilet with urinal.
So that you don't have to walk to the bathroom in the dark at night, illuminated sockets have been installed in the living area.
From the living room you enter the fenced garden with a large terrace. Four garden chairs, a table, a bench and two sun loungers are waiting for you here.
In the storage room you will find a washing machine and a clothes horse.
Two bicycles for adults and a handcart are available for excursions. There is also room for bicycles that you bring with you in the outdoor storage room.
A parking space is located directly in front of the house.
Dogs up to knee-high are welcome for a flat fee of € 30 per stay.

The whole family can have fun in the "Ocean Wave" adventure pool in Norddeich. The seawater pool has waves, a giant slide and separate children's pools for the children, while there is a large sauna area with an adjoining wellness area and various relaxation areas for the adults.
Right next to the Ocean Wave is the beautiful wave park with the children's playhouse, the seal breeding station, the adventure golf course, the maze and a large adventure playground with excavators, raft, climbing boats, swings and Segway station,
Of course, you can also stroll through the beautiful souvenir shops in Norddeich and then stop off at one of the lovely cafes or restaurants in the village.

Overall a nice holiday apartment, 2 small points of criticism: very slippery rubber mats in the entrance areas (one has to be careful not to fall) and, in our opinion, a few too many "dust bunnies" in the corners of the apartment. The drawer under the sink could use some re-gluing. Otherwise, everything is fine.
recommend for: adventure and experience, holiday with children, beach holiday

Vacation with dog.
Very nice and functional equipment. Very high comfort. Great with a dog. Enclosed property with a fence. Many extras included. Free bicycles, barbecue, washing machine, and much more. Felt very comfortable, also due to the location and tranquility. Would book again immediately, or recommend to others.
