The holiday home is furnished for 2 people. It is located in a complex directly by the forest, in front of the Hotel Van der Valk Texel. No through traffic.
The flat has a living room with comfortable
Comfortable seating. Dining area and kitchenette. The kitchen is fully equipped. You will find a 4-plate gas cooker. Large refrigerator with separate freezer compartment, large microwave with oven function.
There is one bedroom with double bed, wardrobe. 1 small bedroom for 1 person, wardrobe.
The bathroom was completely redesigned in January 2017. Floor-level shower, floor can be heated separately.
The flat is on the 1st floor (the complex has 2 floors in total), lift available.
Flat screen TV with digital reception of German TV channels,
Blue-ray player. Secure W-LAN.
You bring your own bed linen and towels.
The available duvets and pillows are cleaned by us regularly. We also use our holiday flat ourselves.
The Texel golf course is 10 km away.

Tag vor dem vereinbarten Mietbeginn 50% des Reisepreises - ab 13. Tag vor dem vereinbarten Mietbeginn sowie bei Nichterscheinen 90% des Reisepreises. Der Eigentümer des Ferienobjekts ist verpflichtet, nicht in Anspruch genommene Unterkünfte anderweitig zu vermieten, um Ausfälle zu vermeiden. Eine erfolgreiche anderweitige Vermietung verringert die Rücktrittsgebühr. Dem Gast wird zu seiner eigenen Sicherheit der Abschluss einer Reiserücktrittskosten-Versicherung empfohlen.
