Ferienwohnung
Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ist gemütlich eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden was man als Selbstversorger braucht. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Ruhiger erholsamer Urlaub
Liebe Familie Schellmann, wir haben uns in ihrem Appartement sehr wohl gefühlt .Es ist alles vorhanden was man zum täglichen Bedarf nötig hat. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und es ist alles sehr gut organisiert. Wenn wir gesund bleiben werden wir sicherlich nochmal wiederkommen.

Gute Ferienwohnung - empfehlenswert
Wir waren das erste Mal in dieser Wohnung auf Texel und ween bestimmt auch nochmal wieder kommen.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Ausflugsmöglichkeiten gibt es einige. Mit dem Fahrrad ist alles gut erreichbar. Man kann die ganze Insel mit dem Fahrrad sozusagen erobern. Zum schönen breiten Sandstrand ist es nicht weit. Auch die nächste Ortschaft de Koog, mit allen Örtlichkeiten des täglichen Bedarfs ist zu Fuß- / oder per Rad erreichbar.
Die Hotelanlage, in welcher die Wohnung liegt, verfügt über ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten und es gibt auch einen Fahrradverleih.
Die Wohnung selbst ist gepflegt und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Alle Gegenstände wir Geschirr, Töpfe, Gläser etc. sind in ausreichender Anzahl für 4 Personen und den ein oder anderen Besuch vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist sauber. Sollte es Probleme geben gibt es eine Ansprechpartner/in (spricht deutsch) auf der Insel.
Alles in allem hatten wir einen Schönen Urlaub und kommen sicher gern wieder.

Defintiv zu empfehlen
Wir machen schon länger Urlaub auf Texel und waren dieses Jahr das erste mal in dieser Ferienwohnung. Für uns war es bisher die schönste Unterkunft. Preis/Leistung passen hier optimal. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Die Betreuerin ist wirklich sehr nett. wir konnten sie jederzeit kontaktieren. Wir werden ganz sicher einen weiteren Texel Aufenthalt bei Fam Schellmann buchen.

Family holiday by the sea
Nice and cosy holiday flat. The first floor and attic on the west side of the complex are mainly owned by private owners. It is quiet and the location towards the forest is particularly beautiful. The flat is well equipped and has everything you need. Since the flat is completely tiled, although a dog is allowed, everything is absolutely clean and neat. Also the possibility to use the books in bad weather, The fireplace and the painted pictures with texts assume motives, give a cosy impression. The central location of the apartments as a starting point for many excursions is very good. We took our own bicycles with us and were able to store them safely in the shed belonging to the flat. The German-speaking person in charge of the flat was very friendly and gave us some good tips for the holiday. All in all, a successful holiday. We will be happy to come back.

Beautiful relaxing holiday
We have stayed in this flat on Texel several times and will definitely come back again in the future
The location of the flat is very good and many excursions are easily accessible. The beautiful sandy beach is only a few minutes' walk away and the nearest village with all the local amenities is also within walking distance. Possible excursion destinations include the nearby riding stables, the wysenspiek cheese dairy and all the activities around the Koog.
The hotel complex in which the flat is located has ample parking and there is also a bicycle rental service.
The flat itself is well-maintained and functionally furnished. In good weather you can relax on the balcony and in bad weather in front of the electric fireplace in the flat. All items such as dishes, pots, glasses etc. are available in sufficient quantity for 4 persons and the one or other visitor. The cleanliness is good. If there are any problems, there is a contact person (speaks German) on the island
All in all, it was another nice holiday and we will be back again.

erster Texelurlaub
Das Appartement war sehr sauber.Die Entfernung zum Strand entsprach ca.15 min zu Fuss ein sehr schöner Weg durch die Dünen.Fahrrad kann man im angrenzenden Hotel mieten.
Das Appartement liegt an der Wald Seite mit einem Balkon auf welchem Nachmittags und Abends die Sonne scheint :-)
Leider habe ich für die Ausstattung nur 3 Sterne vergeben können, da es an Trinkgläser gemangelt hat, und das Geschirr nicht sauber war.Sind aber alles Dinge die einen nicht den Urlaub vermiesen,aber angesprochen werden sollten.Der Elektrokamin hat sehr schön zur Abendstimmung bei schlechtem Wetter beigetragen-Pluspunkt-.Parkplatz vorm Haus, Fahrstuhl vorhanden und man kann mit frei zugänglichen Gepäckwagen bis vors Zimmer fahren und muss keine Koffer schleppen.
Alles in allem kann ich das Appartement weiter empfehlen.

Sehr erholsamer ruhiger Urlaub
Für uns ( 2 Personen mit einer kleinen Hündin ) war das ein klasse Urlaub. Die Lage, die Austattung sowie die Sauberkeit der Wohnung sind mit gut bis sehr gut zu bezeichnen.
Man erreicht De Koog oder Den Burg genauso schnell wie den Strand, ist aber trotzdem im ruhigen mit Wald direkt vor der Tür und hat zum entspannen seine Ruhe, wenn man den üblichen Urlaubstourismus nicht so sehr mag. Uns hat die komplette Insel sehr sehr gut gefallen. Auch die Höfe, auf welchen man Käse, Fleisch, Honig usw kaufen kann. Natürlich ist der Hafen mit seinem frischen Fisch nur zu empfehlen.Es gibt hier nichts negatives zu berichten. Im gegenteil. Wir kommen gerne wieder !!!

Always a great holiday!
The flat is simply furnished, but very clean and everything you need is there!
On cold days, the electric fireplace is really cosy
You can rent bicycles at the hotel next door. Directly from the flat you come to a forest path - here you can jog wonderfully or use the cycle path that takes you to the centre of de Koog in just a few minutes
If you have any questions or problems on site, the person in charge of the flat is very friendly and helpful.

schöner ruhiger Urlaub
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen,
