Three high-quality bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living area with a kitchen where nothing is missing. Everything is beautifully and elegantly furnished. The villa is also ideal for families with children, everything is available. Even various games, bicycles and a table tennis table.

The pool terrace is equipped with very high quality lounge furniture, ideal for relaxing and enjoying. The beautifully shaped pool is great fun to swim in.

Another special feature of this villa is a special pool water treatment system.

For the water treatment of the pool, which is filled with fresh water, no liquid chlorine is used, but chlorine gas is produced by a salt electrolysis system, which is added to the pool water as needed via a special system.

As a result, the water is much more skin-friendly and usually does not cause any skin irritations.
