Description

Our Studio offers even with a smaller budget all the amenities of our house and the apartments. In addition to the combined living, sleeping and dining area with a separate bath and beyond walk-in closet. However, the highlight is the beautiful terrace overlooking the sea and the brick, typical Canarian seating area. In the south oriented and completely covered you will hardly find a more beautiful angle on our property. Of course, our guests from here direct access to our very old sub-tropical garden and our pool landscape. Our studio is very popular with sailors from all over the world.

Location and surroundings of object

The Finca Los Delfines is located above the harbor (2 minutes walk).
Find our guests in addition to a well-stocked supermarket many shops internationally renowned brands, boutiques, bars and restaurants. For some time, there is a regular bus service (line 61) to Puerto del Carmen and Playa Blanca. If not absolutely necessary also, we recommend low to hire a vehicle. Puerto Calero rightly called one of the most beautiful marinas in the Canary Islands. Here you see a boat traffic international sailing and motor yachts and also have the opportunity, day trips on catamarans of Catlanza or a trip to the underwater world with Submarine Safaris reserve. From the terraces of an array of fine dining, you can enjoy views of the world and its Umsegler.

Cancellation terms:

In my experience, a cancellation always has a delicate background and rarely malicious intent. In the case of unforeseen circumstances such as sudden flight cancellations, new COVID-19 regulations, etc., I will respond flexibly as I have in the recent past. Simply not showing up despite a confirmed booking is understandably not an option. If you are unable to start your trip due to other reasons than those mentioned above, you are liable with your deposit. I always recommend taking out an affordable travel cancellation insurance.

Comfort and safety and respectability go together with us. The Finca Los Delfines each hour monitored around the clock by a private security service. Season prices are alien to us. We are pleased ANYTIME, to welcoming you at our welcome, summer and winter.

To mark the occasion we would like to like to complete the following:

Both our individually Holiday home, as the holiday apartment and - Studio located on our farm.

The pool and the garden are of course all guests at all times.

There are never more than 6 guests at the same time there and that you can then hardly be called "system", as set out in a review of the guests who were not even here.

That was simply nonsense.

Recovery, rest, break

We are always happy to be guests of a particularly lovely, caring, and reserved hostess.
Whether we are guests as a couple or with the whole family (it was a great vacation in 2023 with unforgettable experiences and togetherness!) at Heidi Ferri in Los Delfines, it has been / is very nice and relaxing. Tasteful furnishings, where we lack nothing.
We arrive and feel "at home." The beautiful and well-maintained garden with pool offers pure relaxation.
"Our feel-good oasis" on the favorite island!

Fantastic little apartment

If you are looking for a quiet place on the island, you will find it here.
An apartment furnished with attention to detail, in which you immediately feel at home and find peace.
The highlight is the partly covered, wind-protected terrace with a cosy sitting area and a view of the sea.

Absolutely recommendable accommodation - I will definitely be back!

If you want to do some sports, Puerto Calero is not too bad either. Fantastic coastal trails for running and hiking at sunrise or sunset. A heated 25m pool and gym are within walking distance.

A little paradise

It was neither the first nor the last time that we visited "our" little paradise with Mrs. Ferri

If you are looking for a beautiful, quiet and private place with everything you need for your holiday, this is the place for you

The studio is small but nice and offers enough space for 2 people with a cosy bed, well-equipped kitchenette, living area and a large bathroom. The most important place of well-being is the terrace with its beautiful, wind-protected seating area. The view of the sea and the beautifully designed and maintained garden does the rest. And for refreshment in between, it is always possible to jump into the pool

If you need anything, Mrs. Ferri is always available and contributes to your holiday enjoyment with her charming manner

Puerto Calero is a beautiful little town with a marina and excellent restaurants where you can end a relaxing day

I could go on raving for a long time - it is simply a little paradise and we will certainly come back often!

Holiday in Puerto Calero

Everything was uncomplicated and perfect, the studio corresponds to the photos and is very lovingly furnished. Sufficient space for singles or couples. The location was 1A for me, quiet and in a few minutes you can walk to the harbour and the restaurants for dinner.
I was lucky and probably got the best place on the island for me :)

If I ever come back to Lanzarote, I would love to come back to Puerto Calero and Heidi Ferri.

A place for relaxation but also for activity

We were very satisfied in our holiday studio and have already reserved for 2019. You can really feel comfortable and have absolute peace. A beautiful sea view during breakfast on the terrace rounds off the whole thing. Holiday studio Los Delfines is definitely highly recommended.

A little paradise

If you know Lanzarote, visit a lot of it again and again or even discover it anew, then a good home is very important. Already to the reception,
besides a friendly welcome from Mrs. Ferri, you find a bowl of fruit and 1 bottle of Rosado in the studio, the gardener brings my suitcase and I have arrived. The studio is comfortably furnished, everything you need is there. A beautiful bathroom, a spacious walk-in wardrobe. A wonderful terrace with a cosy sitting area invites you to admire the lovingly designed garden. White butterflies flutter over the dark earth, a wonderfully arranged cactus landscape, flowers and flowering shrubs. What is visually foreign to us is probably also what is so appealing, and in addition there is a wonderful tranquillity, far away from tourism
from tourism. Gardener and cleaning lady have taken care of everything necessary. I am very grateful to both of them. They were wonderful weeks of holiday, which were unfortunately somewhat limited by illness at the end. But Mrs Ferri was a great help there too. I will never forget her and next year I will be back. I was able to leave one suitcase there. And I
i'm already looking forward to my little paradise.

Highly recommended!

We had a super nice time in the apartment. We were very warmly welcomed, and throughout our stay, Mrs. Ferri was extremely helpful and accommodating. The apartment is very clean and well-maintained, perfect for a pleasant stay in Lanzarote. The location is also excellent: a five-minute walk leads to the truly beautiful, traffic-calmed Puerto Calero harbor. Morning and evening hours on the small seating area with a view of the sea give the apartment a special flair. In addition, the pool with its ideal location invites you to sunbathe and relax. The Arrecife airport and other excursions, as well as the tourist town of Puerto del Carmen, are easily accessible by bus or car. Thank you once again,

Wonderful time out in a quiet environment and yet just a few steps from the sea

Dear Ms. Ferri,

I would like to express my sincere thanks for the wonderful holiday days we were able to spend at Los Dolfines. The very well-maintained apartment, equipped with everything, the separate terrace, and last but not least, your service (car rental, tips) made us forget about our daily routine. Puerto Calero was an ideal starting point for various beaches and sights for us. Jogging and hiking are possible right from the front door. We would love to come back again one day.

Felt so good that we signed up for next year right away!

At first, we were somewhat skeptical, everything went so smoothly and perfectly. The booking, the help with the rental car... there must be a catch! Nothing! No catch! Nothing at all!
We fell in love immediately... with the location, the apartment, and especially with the "blue lagoon" that we used for breakfast in the morning and until late at night with a glass of wine! The first time we didn't have to take the Sagrotan bottle out of our luggage, everything was so clean! The equipment... Everything here! Mrs. Ferri took care of us so lovingly, even asking about our well-being in between! The gardener and cleaning lady are so friendly!
Only a small downside! Uma didn't warm up to us! But we can work on that again in 2016! Bribing material is already provided! We look forward to seeing you again! ! !

Beautiful!

Not for homebodies, the terrace is meant to be lived in, simply wonderful! - We felt at home right away. Heidi Ferri is a lovely host who helped us with everything from renting a car to providing excellent mineral water and insider tips. She and our previous tenant "Peter" have already thought of everything. It only remains to mention that the apartment is also perfectly equipped: from sewing tools to flashlights, shoe shining equipment to cheese slicer, nothing is missing. And plenty of books! Just a few tips remain: coming from the airport, in the first roundabout in the village of Macher, continue on the outer lane for half a round and in the Centro Commercial SPAR, grab one or two 5-liter canisters of water right away. * For hikers: The two recommended hikes by the national park administration "El Golfo - Playa del Paso" and from Tinajo to the Caldera Mna. Blanca.
* Cliff hike to Playa Quemada and there eat freshly caught fish right by the surf.
* For those interested: e-book THE FISHES OF THE CANARY ISLANDS. This way, you always know what's on your plate. Conclusion: We felt completely comfortable. Renate and Egon

Everything is great...

We had the boat in Varadero for 2 weeks and wanted to make a vacation. Mrs. Ferri is a super helpful person who organized a lot for us. Car rental inclusive pickup in Puerto del Carmen. We could go shopping with her anytime, and she even got us fresh eggs for the onward journey. She was very interested in our well-being and always open to questions. The apartment was very clean and well-maintained. Had enough space for 2 people and the terrace invited to lovely sunny evenings. The apartment entrances are separate from each other, and we had absolute peace on the terrace. We lacked nothing. We had a great time in the apartment and would always go back. Especially because of the apartment and also because of Mrs. Ferri. Many thanks for the great time.

Pure relaxation! Beautiful studio with terrace and pool

A beautiful accommodation that is lovingly managed by a friendly and helpful hostess. The property is located in a villa district away from tourism, yet only a 5-minute walk from a beautiful marina with excellent dining options for every taste. The price-performance ratio is top-notch, the landlady helps with car rental, allows free internet access, and is helpful in exploring the island. A dream is the quiet, private terrace with a view into a beautiful garden. Under a starry sky, you can always reach out to the sea and the neighboring island of Fuerteventura and enjoy great Lanzarote wine. The studio is very exclusive and heartily equipped. Nothing is missing! You can immediately see the love with which the super clean property is managed. Amazing! I will be back in March!

Cozy small apartment with a beautiful terrace and pool for relaxing.

The accommodation and the hostess are generally very nice, friendly, and likeable. The location is excellent; the landlady kindly reserved a rental car for us at a very good price, with which you can easily reach the entire area. The town of Puerto Calero is within walking distance and very charming. The hostess was always available to help us with advice and assistance. The terrace even has a slight sea view, with luck you can even see the neighboring island. The apartment is equipped with everything.

Unfortunately, there are some drawbacks as the technical condition of the inventory was not sufficient. The constantly tripping fuse made cooking almost impossible, and the fridge next to the bed is incredibly loud. With a few improvements, the apartment can be greatly enhanced here.

Liebe Frau Anger, ich freue mich sehr über Ihre generell positive Kritik, die auch, was das Kochfeld anging, nicht unberechtigt war. Dieses haben wir inzwischen gegen ein neues Ceran - Feld ausgetauscht. Der Kühlschrank kam Ihnen allerdings lauter vor als Sie es wahrscheinlich gewohnt sind. Es ist ein Studio und kein Apartment, was Sie gemietet hatten und daher ist die Küche eben im gleichen Raum. Was ich aber schade finde, ist, daß sie den kostenlosen Wäscheservice und die Benutzung unseres Internets nicht in diese Bewertung haben einfliessen lassen. Was das Preis- / Leistungsverhältnis angeht, tut es mir also ein wenig weh. in Puerto del Carmen, wo es "vielleicht" 10,00 euro am Tag weniger kostet, gibt es kein Studio in vergleichbarer Lage und Ausstattung.
