Our house is located close to the famous marina of Lanzarote, the Puerto Calero Marina. Surrounded by the subtropical gardens of a company incorporated in the 19th century country house, you can still enjoy the unspoiled nature and breathe the wind of the Atlantic here. Although only a few minutes from the bustling center of Puerto del Carmen offer our guests an oasis of tranquility. The house is modern and comfortable and guarantees high recreational value. Two terraces and integrated into the garden 9x4 meter pool allow ... well, relax!

The Finca Los Delfines is located above the harbor (2 minutes walk).
Find our guests in addition to a well-stocked supermarket many shops internationally renowned brands, boutiques, bars and restaurants. For some time, there is a regular bus service (line 61) to Puerto del Carmen and Playa Blanca. If not absolutely necessary also, we recommend low to hire a vehicle. Puerto Calero rightly called one of the most beautiful marinas in the Canary Islands. Here you see a boat traffic international sailing and motor yachts and also have the opportunity, day trips on catamarans of Catlanza or a trip to the underwater world with Submarine Safaris reserve. From the terraces of an array of fine dining, you can enjoy views of the world and its Umsegler.

Cancellation terms:
In my experience, a cancellation always has a delicate background and rarely malicious intent. In the case of unforeseen circumstances such as sudden flight cancellations, new COVID-19 regulations, etc., I will respond flexibly as I have in the recent past. Simply not showing up despite a confirmed booking is understandably not an option. If you are unable to start your trip due to other reasons than those mentioned above, you are liable with your deposit. I always recommend taking out an affordable travel cancellation insurance.

Comfort and safety and respectability go together with us. The Finca Los Delfines each hour monitored around the clock by a private security service. Season prices are alien to us. We are pleased ANYTIME, to welcoming you at our welcome, summer and winter.

Immediately again!
First, we would like to thank Ms. Ferri. A warm welcome, a bottle of wine, and fresh fruit were ready as a welcome gift. She gave us many good tips regarding our stay.
The house is well equipped with everything one needs. Even egg spoons are available! ! :-))
From the upper terrace, there is a wonderful view that we particularly enjoyed at sunset. The marina is within walking distance, where you can find many restaurants and great excursion options. We particularly want to mention the submarine trip. A great experience!! In short, we had a very relaxing vacation and liked it so much that for the very first time on vacation, we booked our next vacation along with flights and a car. So see you soon, Ms. Ferri ;-)

Rotary hammer and circular saw
We booked this house because we were promised an "oasis of peace." Instead, on the first morning, we were woken up at 6 am by the noise of a jackhammer. We had to endure this daily, although never again so early.
On the neighboring property opposite the terrace, construction work is being carried out, and during the day, our ears were ringing from the sound of jackhammers and circular saws.
We were in dire need of relaxation and had planned to relax and read a lot on the terrace or by the pool. Instead, we had to flee during the day. Of course, the noise from the neighbor is not the landlord's fault. But it greatly affected our vacation, and a rent reduction was denied to us despite clear legal precedent.

Holiday home Los Delfines
A dream in Puerto Calero !
We have rented a holiday home on Lanzarote for the first time and are totally thrilled!
Very well maintained finca with pool, the holiday home leaves nothing to be desired. Balcony with super sea view and sunsets. If required, a gas barbecue can be used.
Only a few minutes walk to the beautiful marina with shopping and restaurants; bus stop also within easy reach.
Very helpful landlady, you get all the support you need.
Cleaning and laundry service available if needed.
A very relaxed holiday, we have booked again directly for this year.

Holiday with grandchild 6 years
Smooth booking, help with booking a rental car was given without being asked, quick responses to e-mail enquiries in advance. Friendly reception, great clean and fully equipped holiday home. Generously proportioned. Very clean, great garden and pool. Parking directly at the house. Quiet location. Harbour with small supermarket and restaurants within walking distance. Good starting point for all excursions, also on foot. We will come back anytime!
