The penthouse flat is located in the centre of the harbour town of Sassnitz, directly above the sailing harbour with a fantastic 180 degree sea view. Shopping facilities, the jetty, good restaurants and also the train and bus station are within walking distance.
You can hike to the famous chalk cliffs, drive to the most beautiful beaches of the Schaabe or to Prora.

If the tenant cancels the contract before the start of the rental period without appointing a subtenant who enters into the contract under the same conditions, the following pro-rated rents are to be paid as compensation, minus any expenses saved, provided that re-renting is not possible: Cancellation costs: - Up to 60 days before the start of the rental: 10% of the rental price - Up to 45 days before the start of the rental: 50% of the rental price - Up to 20 days before the start of the rental: 75% of the rental price - From the 19th day before the start of the rental: 100% of the rental price, provided that re-renting the apartment was not possible. The landlord is also committed to re-renting the property if the tenant cannot provide a subtenant.
