This beautiful 6-person holiday home in Zeeland with its own parking space is located about 600 m from the sea and beach in the quiet and small-scale Landalpark Bos en Duin in Oostkapelle.

An 8-minute walk takes you to the sea!
In the summer season, the wide, clean beach with its characteristic beach huts features walkways, trash bins, toilets, showers, a lifeguard with a first aid station (when the red/yellow flag is up), as well as sunbeds, deck chairs, sunshades, and windbreaks for rent. Directly at the beach entrance on Duinweg is the beach pavilion De Piraat, and a little further you will find, among others, Strandbar Oost and Bij Karel, all well-kept pavilions where you can enjoy the sea and the beach with a snack and a drink.
Not only the sea, but also the forest is very close by. The park is located directly opposite the wooded nature reserve De Manteling on the other side of the street. This is a Natura 2000 area with unique flora and fauna and beautiful country houses. Kasteel Westhove is one of them, as is the former orangery of the castle, which now houses the Terra Maris Museum. It can be reached in a half-hour walk and is highly recommended. In addition to a changing collection, all kinds of activities (also for children) are regularly organized here. There are many hiking and cycling trails in the area, and directly opposite the park there is a hiking and cycling path running parallel to the Vroonweg (cycle path). Bicycles can be rented at various locations in Oostkapelle.
In Oostkapelle and the surrounding area there are many gastronomic establishments offering something for everyone. The nearest brasserie and mini-golf course, Boschhoek, is located directly opposite the park.
Daily shopping can be done at the Jumbo in Oostkapelle. In Serooskerke, Vrouwenpolder and Domburg you will also find supermarkets with a wide range (Plus, Jumbo and AH respectively). A few minutes’ walk away, at Duinweg 64, you will find a limited selection and fresh bread rolls in the Dennenbos campsite shop during the summer season. Fresh pizzas and ice cream scoops can also be purchased at the snackbar next to the Dennenbos restaurant.
There are many options for an entertaining day trip. From museums, sights and historical sites (including Veere, Domburg, Middelburg and Vlissingen) to playgrounds for children. There is plenty to do for young and old.
In the house you will find a folder with tourist information and brochures with possible excursion destinations.
Good to know:
- Zeeland has, on average, the most hours of sunshine in the Netherlands.
- The bathing water is of excellent quality and Oostkapelle is known for its wide, very well-maintained beach. It is one of the cleanest beaches in the Netherlands.

Free cancellation possible up to 30 days before the arrival date.
Cancellation by the tenant must always be done in writing by email or registered mail. No cancellation fees are due until 30 days before the start date. From 30 days to one week before the start date, the cancellation fees amount to 50% of the rental price; For cancellations from one week before the start date up to the day of arrival, the cancellation fees amount to 100% of the rental price. If you have not arrived within 24 hours after the agreed arrival date without further notice, this will be considered a cancellation and 100% of the rental price is due.

Very nice holiday home with a spacious living room and a wonderful view of the countryside.
We spent a very nice holiday week over Easter in the vacation home of the Vriezen family. The house is wonderfully quiet in a traffic-calmed area very close to the beach and the beautiful large nature reserve Oranjezon. Very beautiful extensive walks are possible there. The house is very clean and lovingly furnished. We really enjoyed the spacious living/dining area with the fireplace. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Overall, everything was great. Thank you very much.

Family-friendly accommodation in close proximity to the beach
The very well-equipped holiday home of the Vriezen family leaves nothing to be desired: stair safety at the top and bottom, high chairs for children, baby cot, bed guard - everything has been thought of here. Sufficient space for everyone and a small but fine garden with barbecue facilities and a terrace. We had a really great and relaxed North Sea vacation with our two children (5 & 1), also worth mentioning is the direct beach location - just a few minutes' walk and you can look at the 'vast sea', the great beach and the beautiful dune landscape. Not far away you can 'rent' ponies, bikes can be rented in the village, and the beach stalls invite you to eat and snack - we have been coming to the area around Oostkapelle for years and can really recommend this accommodation to anyone who is looking for a relaxed holiday in a quiet and clean park. We would also like to thank the hosts for the uncomplicated communication and the good service (we discovered a wasp nest on the gutter, reported it to the landlord on Sunday, and less than 24 hours later our request was satisfactorily processed by the park's service staff).
We had a really nice vacation and would love to come back!
