Description

Only a 10-minute walk from the fine, white bathing beach, a new dream holiday flat awaits you. It was completely renovated and refurnished in 2023 with great attention to detail.

The living room offers you a large comfortable sofa, smart TV with radio reception, a dining area and a kitchenette. A fruit basket on arrival will sweeten the start of your perfect holiday.

The kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, 2-plate ceramic hob, coffee machine, kettle and of course cutlery, crockery and pots. Furthermore, there is a mini oven with 20l cooking space, which can also be used as a toaster or airfryer.

If you wish, you can book a delicious breakfast (€11.90 per person). This will be "delivered" to your room by the landlady between 8.30 and 9.00 a.m. in the form of a breakfast tray. You decide when you would like to enjoy it.

The exit to the small, comfortably furnished south-facing roof terrace with parasol is located in the living room.

The bedroom is a stylish oasis of peace with a super cosy, high-quality box spring bed (180x200cm) and a large wardrobe.

A travel cot and high chair are available free of charge if required.

An extra bed for a 3rd person is available on request on an extra bed in the living room.

All windows in the flat can be darkened with electrically controlled external blinds. Each room has a window with a fly screen.

The modern bathroom has a washstand, shower, WC and hairdryer.
The flat does not have its own washing machine. However, the landlady offers her guests a washing service for dirty clothes if required.
Iron and ironing board can be borrowed if required.

Wi-Fi is available free of charge in the holiday flat.

Your car has a free parking space directly at the house. Bicycles can be stored in the cellar by arrangement.

Maximum occupancy: 3 persons

A stop for the local bus is only 50m from the house. The shuttle service with the local bus can be used free of charge with the spa card.
