Description
Newly built flats with modern and high-quality furnishings (see also Grachtentrum 2) in the picturesque fishing and coastal village of Greetsiel. The tastefully furnished holiday home offers you the best holiday conditions and the necessary comfort, such as internet and underfloor heating via geothermal heat in the entire flat. Roller shutters and fly screens complete the equipment.
The living space is distributed over approx. 65 m² and is intended for a maximum occupancy of 4 people plus a small child. In addition to a spacious living area with kitchen and dining area, you will find two bedrooms and a bathroom.
The ground floor flat is centrally and quietly located in the new Greetsiel canal district. The flat is allocated a parking space on the property. A beautifully designed and furnished terrace facing south-west invites you to relax.
The centre with its numerous restaurants and the harbour are only a 6-minute walk away. Shopping facilities, doctor, pharmacy, banks as well as bus stop and the swimming pool with sauna area are also within walking distance.
A bicycle rental is just around the corner.
The non-smoking flat is particularly suitable for allergy sufferers. Pets are unfortunately not allowed.
The spacious living/dining room is equipped with modern furniture, a satellite TV system (40-inch LED screen and integrated radio), a compact hi-fi system (also for iPhones), and a bathroom with shower
and integrated radio), a compact hi-fi system (also for iPhone) and DVD player.
In the fully equipped kitchen you will of course find a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, hot-air oven with induction hob, microwave, coffee machine, Senseo, kettle, toaster, egg boiler and more.
The dining area is equipped with a large dining table, 4 chairs and a high chair for the little ones.
Two bedrooms offer you sleeping comfort, one with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00m). Here you will also find a
LCD flat screen (26 inch with integrated radio) and one with two single beds (each 0.90 x 2.00 m).
A cot is also part of the inventory.
The bathroom has a floor-to-ceiling shower, WC, towel radiator and washbasin with mirror
For completeness, hair dryer, built-in radio, cosmetic mirror and bathroom scales are available.
Washing machine, iron and ironing board as well as clothes horse can be found in the storage room.
Recharge your batteries on the terrace (south-west facing)
There are 4 garden chairs with cushions, a parasol, a beach chair and an electric barbecue at your disposal.
Books and games are also part of the inventory.
Bicycles can be conveniently parked in the garden shed.

Location and surroundings of object
The flat "Grachtentraum" is located very quietly, but still centrally in the new "Grachtenviertel" of Greetsiel
Due to the privileged location of our holiday flat, you can reach the centre with its numerous restaurants and the harbour of Greetsiel in only about 6 minutes on foot. Shopping facilities, doctor, pharmacy, banks as well as bus stop and the swimming pool with sauna area are also within a few minutes walking distance. The historic fishing and artists' village of Greetsiel on the East Frisian North Sea coast is part of the Wadden Sea National Park, which was recognised as a World Heritage Site by the UNESCO World Heritage Commission in 2009.
Greetsiel is the ideal starting point for cycling tours or walks along the dyke. In summer temperatures, the newly designed bathing lake with its dune landscape offers cooling.
The idyllic harbour with its shrimp boats is probably the most beautiful harbour in East Frisia. Among connoisseurs, the place is also often called the "doll's house" of East Frisia.
Greetsiel, with its famous twin mills, picturesque alleys, cosy tea rooms, cafés and restaurants, beautiful shops that are also open at weekends, offers the perfect holiday experience.
You will find pure relaxation in the beautifully designed health oasis with swimming pool and sauna area. Here you can really let yourself be pampered. The "Lükko Lighthouse House" for the little ones is also located there.
The East Frisian islands of Borkum, Norderney and Juist are within easy reach via the ports of Emden and Norddeich. In the summer months, charter trips to the islands and seal banks are offered directly from Greetsiel.

From Norddeich you can only get to these islands by plane!
The famous "Pilsumer Leuchtturm" (Pilsum Lighthouse) and the "Otto-Huus" (Otto House) are in the immediate vicinity.

Super apartment!
We felt very comfortable in this apartment. The apartment is "top." I have not seen an apartment that was as well-equipped as this one. Everything was available. It was lovingly furnished. Nothing was missing. I can only recommend the apartment. Thank you very much.

Great holiday apartment
We spent a lovely vacation week in the holiday apartment Grachtentraum 1. The apartment is very tastefully decorated and equipped with everything necessary, very clean and cozy. We slept well in the high-quality beds, and the super-functioning underfloor heating contributed to the coziness during icy outside temperatures. Always quick and uncomplicated contact with the nice landlords, who provided us with extensive information in advance. If our path leads us back to the North Sea, then gladly again to Grachtentraum 1, which lives up to its name.

Perfect temporary home
We have now been to the holiday apartment Grachtentraum 1 twice and can say absolutely nothing negative. The apartment is very spacious, bright, modern, cozy, and furnished with great attention to detail, without appearing overloaded. The amenities leave nothing to be desired, the beds are comfortable, and everything you need for a relaxing stay is there. The location is also optimal for us, as you can quickly get anywhere (it takes about 10 minutes on foot to go shopping or to the village) and still not be in the middle of the hustle and bustle. A parking space is located directly at the house.
We would especially like to highlight the super uncomplicated handling and the immaculate cleanliness of the apartment.
It was once again a truly relaxing and restful vacation, and we will definitely come back :)

Super well-equipped holiday apartment
A very beautiful and lovingly furnished vacation apartment. This makes the holiday even more enjoyable. We also had a very nice contact with the Sybers couple and received some very useful tips from them. And I have rarely seen such a well-structured homepage for vacation rentals. We can warmly recommend this vacation apartment.
