The two-storey 120 m2 house is ideal for families and friends.
The spacious living and dining area with open kitchen is the heart of the holiday home. Here you can arrange your meals in comfort. Through the living area, a wide sliding door leads to the large covered terrace facing south towards the sea. From the terrace you have a fabulous 180 degree view over the large bay of Alcudia.
The large covered terrace in front of the living room also provides some shade in the rooms, so you have a pleasant living climate even on hot summer days.
The utility room with washing machine is directly accessible from the kitchen.
The upper floor has 3 bedrooms, one of them with bathroom en suite. From 2 bedrooms, of the total of 3 bedrooms on the upper floor, French doors lead out onto the large sun terrace with panoramic views of the sea and the bay of Alcudia.
The property is terraced on a gentle south facing slope.
A staircase leads to the beautiful waterfront and the small beach Playa Cala Ponset

Our holiday home is located 100 m from the sea in a semi-hilly location in the small but nice suburb of Aucanada. Alcanada is located on the large bay of Alcudia on the sunny side of the peninsula La Victoria. Aucanada offers a lot of living quality and was awarded by Focus magazine as one of the best residential areas in Mallorca.
The view of the large bay of Alcudia will delight you every day.
The plot and the building are completely south facing so you have the sun all day long.
Mallorca's most beautiful golf course with its recommended club restaurant Club de Golf de Aucanada is only 1 km away. The well-known restaurant Terrazza is within 10 minutes walking distance.
To Alcudia Port and Alcudia city it is approx. 1.5 km. The village has a complete infrastructure with numerous restaurants, bars and shops.
