Flat Markus is a beautiful, spacious and quietly located holiday home in Eimelrod.
Eimelrod-'the pearl of the mountain land'-, is a village in the municipality of Willingen. It lies amidst the hills, surrounded by beautiful nature.
During your stay, you can enjoy the peace and nature. At the same time, all possibilities for an active stay are nearby. So there is plenty to enjoy and something for everyone.
You can start almost directly from the apartment on beautiful hiking trails.
Layout of the flat:
via stairs you reach the front door, you enter a spacious hall with corridor, from here you reach the cosy living room with open kitchen, dining area and sitting area with smarttv.
One door down is a beautiful spacious bedroom with double box spring, a home office and a lovely sitting area. There is a separate toilet, a bathroom with shower, washbasin, and towel radiator.
A private parking space is available.
Outside, next to the entrance there is a lovely terrace waiting for you!

Location and surroundings of object
The surroundings are perfect for both those seeking peace and action.
Directly from the apartment, you can take wonderful (forest) walks via the various hiking trails, including, among others, the special 7.5-kilometre hiking trail "Eimelroder Goldspur". The area is perfect for cycling and mountain bike tours. For mountain bikers, there are well-marked routes in various levels of difficulty. In winter, there is a cross-country ski trail. Toboggan runs and ski slopes are 5 to 13 km away.

There is a small grocery shop, Hofladen Wetekam
a bar and a Biergarten.
A baker also comes to the village twice a week.
About a 7-minute drive away is the village of Usseln, where you will find a supermarket, bakery, several shops and several restaurants. Here you can visit a number of museums and this area is also a paradise for wonderful forest walks, cycling and mountain biking.
Ski resort Willingen is about 15 minutes' drive away. In this cosy village, you will find shops, restaurants and terraces, as well as plenty of entertainment and nightlife. An extensive network of ski slopes, a summer toboggan run, indoor ice rink, go-kart track, bowling alley, glass-blowing alley and a tropical swimming paradise. Willingen also has the world's largest ski jump (Mühlenkopfschanze).
Korbach is around 15 minutes' drive away. This town has a small centre with several shops. Here you will also find a bowling alley with a cinema.
The Diemelsee lake is about 10 minutes' drive away and Winterberg can be reached in less than half an hour.
