Our holiday home 'Willinger-Echo' is a traditionally restored wooden house in alpine style. It is located in the middle of the forest (nature park) a few minutes drive from Willingen. The house offers all comfort to 2-5 persons with a living space of 70m² on 2 levels. In the house there are 2 bedrooms with a double bed each and a sleeping loft with a 5th bed (1,60 x 2,00m). In addition, a cot can be provided. Enjoy cosy winter evenings in the parlour around the stove or in the living room with a far-reaching view of the idyllic farming village of Neerdar (Willingen). In summer you can relax outside on the 2000m² large forest property, south-facing slope, directly adjacent to several versatile and beautiful hiking trails.

Our cottage Willinger echo is located in a nature reserve, a short drive from Willingen. Neerdar is located 500m above sea level between Willingen and Korbach (NS direction) and between Winterberg and Diemelsee (WE direction). You are very close to the 64km long footpath that Uplandsteig. Many other interesting trips in the Sauerland and Ederbergland be reached from here optimally (B251)

| 2021: A weekend at the Willinger Echo with 2 persons costs €285 incl. Each additional night is charged with €90. For a week the price is €725/2 pers. *Each additional person €40/weekend; €17,50/each additional night; €125/person/week *for the same length of stay. Children up to 14 years € 10/night Dogs are welcome by arrangement, we charge € 8/night/dog. Christmas and New Year's Eve can be booked in blocks of one week or more. For a winter holiday for two we charge € 1150/week; € 125/person/week. The rest of the winter season is bookable from 3 nights at € 395/2 pers. € 755/2 pers/week. Events and holidays from 4 nights; school holidays from 1 week stay. Prices include bed linen, hand and bath towels, table and kitchen linen, wood pellets for the stove, free wifi, water, energy costs, the final cleaning and a welcome greeting. You will be looked after on site and can order fresh bread rolls in the morning if you wish. Winter sports: In Willingen and the surrounding area you will find an extensive ski area, with valley runs up to 2 km long. Many modern snowmaking systems ensure wonderful snow, even if it doesn't snow 'from above'. Well trained instructors are available for ski beginners. A first-class network of cross-country skiing trails in beautiful natural surroundings provides pure cross-country skiing pleasure. Many winter hiking trails lead through a quiet, snow-covered dream landscape, and those who wish can treat themselves to a romantic horse-drawn sleigh ride
Water sports: The lakes of Sorpe, Bigge, Henne, Möhne, Diemel and Edersee invite you to take relaxing boat trips. Water sports enthusiasts can go sailing, surfing and diving, rowing and fishing on and in the Sauerland lakes. In the 'Lagungen-Erlebnisbad' in Willingen you can swim all year round. There are 2 indoor and 2 outdoor pools (28° and 33° C), solariums and rest areas, 2 indoor and 3 Finnish log cabin saunas, an aqua slide park and a mother-child pool on a total of 1200m²
Bike world: take a deep breath, feel nature - and pedal hard! The perfect setting for your holiday on two wheels. Three of Germany's most beautiful nature reserves meet in Willingen: the Upland mountain ranges, the Diemelsee nature park and the Hochsauerland region. In addition, you will find the Mecca of the German bike scene in Willingen. Three world cups, one of the biggest German bike marathons and a huge trade fair attract bikers from all over Europe to the biggest bike festival on the continent
Ski: Sauerland has the largest winter sports area north of the Alps. Around 100 snow-making facilities make it possible. 57 ski areas with 148 lifts (500-843 m above sea level) have joined forces in the Wintersport Arena Sauerland. Beginners' slopes and slopes with a rapid 40-percent gradient await alpine skiers, hundreds of kilometers of snow-covered cross-country trails as well as DSV Nordic Active Centers await friends of Nordic sports. Beginners' courses are offered for snowboarders, and tobogganers can be pulled back up the mountain in some places thanks to their own lifts. The days in the snow end with various après-ski events
