Description
The brand new large residence of 120m² is spread over 3 floors and is cleverly designed for up to 8 people. It has a fenced garden with seating. You can even access the garden from outside through a bamboo door.
In addition, the residence has a private parking space. So you don't have to worry about parking in the high season in Egmond.
When you enter the front door, you are standing in the hallway and thus on the ground floor of the house.
on the ground floor of the house is the open-plan living and dining area with kitchen.
This is equipped with 2 high-quality brand new sofas, a living room table, as well as a television with German programmes.
The kitchen has an induction cooker, an oven-microwave combination, a coffee machine, a kettle, a dishwasher and plenty of cutlery and crockery for 8 people.
From the dining area, where up to 8 people can sit comfortably,
you can go through the glass door into the large, fenced garden. You can also reach the garden of the house from outside through the bamboo door and even lock it.
You will have sun all day in the garden.
The garden has comfortable garden furniture.
The bathroom has a glass shower, a wc, a large mirror and a sink with storage space.
If you go to the 2nd floor, you will come to a bedroom with a new stacking bed and 2 single new beds. A wardrobe is also on this floor.
In addition, this floor has the luxury of also having a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, cooker and oven, as well as a refrigerator with freezer, an oven with microwave combination and a coffee maker and a kettle.
When you open the first door, you enter the bathroom, which is equipped with a glass shower, a toilet, a washbasin with mirror and a shelf.
Open the 2nd door and you will come to the 3rd floor.
There is another bedroom with a comfortable double bed, which you can slide apart into single beds.
This floor also has a wardrobe where you can store your things.
From up there you can see the beautiful fishing village and its magnificent houses.

The holiday home is 50 m from the beach and the boulevard.

The residence of 120 m² is located 50 metres from the beach, from the promenade and only two minutes walk from the village.
Egmond aan Zee is a seaside resort in the municipality of Bergen in the province of North Holland. Egmond consists of three villages: Egmond aan Zee, Egmond-Binnen and Egmond aan den Hoef. Egmond aan Zee is the best known of the three villages. More than 1000 years ago, a fishing village was established here, but since the beginning of the last century, the village has also become interesting for tourists. Both the fishing and the tourist past are still clearly visible in the townscape. The Jan van Speyk lighthouse stands prominently on the beach promenade and is also easily visible from the village.
The village offers holidaymakers plenty of entertainment. There are many terraces, restaurants and a shopping centre. In summer, an event with lots of village entertainment is organised every week, which can be admired with relish from a terrace on the Pompplein square.
Egmond aan Zee has numerous shops, boutiques, restaurants, cafés and of course the beautiful lighthouse.

Egmond is also situated in a beautiful area surrounded by extensive dunes. Nearby are also other beautiful destinations, such as Bergen aan Zee and the forests. Cycling and hiking are very popular in this area.
Egmond aan Zee is also close to Alkmaar, a city that has plenty of culture and history, such as the famous cheese market, which is certainly worth a visit.
Amsterdam, Haarlem and Alkmaar are easy to reach.

Great holiday home
We were there with 4 people and 2 dogs. We were warmly welcomed by Mrs. Mueller and shown around the house. The large outdoor area and the facilities (2 bathrooms including toilets, 2 kitchens) were great. The stairs were quite steep (could be difficult for some 2- and 4-legged friends), but we had no problems.
The location was perfect. The only downside was that the middle floor was basically a through room to the upper floor. We didn't mind.
We would definitely book again.

Our dream came true: We bought our house with the summer house in Egmond aan Zee.
