Summer cottage Happy by the sea for 4 persons:
The summer house is 100 metres from the beach and the promenade and only a two-minute walk from the village.
The summer house has been recently renovated and fully equipped.
It has 2 bedrooms, a private garden and terrace with a luxurious lounge set.
When you book the summer house, you will receive a free parking pass to park your car nearby.
On the ground floor you will find the living room with a cosy sitting area and a TV. The TV has all channels, including German.
The dining area is very spacious and the brand new kitchen is super equipped and offers every comfort. Think of an oven, a large refrigerator, a dishwasher and a cooker with four hotplates (gas). Free Wi-Fi is also available in the house.
The toilet and bathroom are separate and are located on the ground floor.
On the upper floor of the house there are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has 2 single beds.
This bedroom leads to the master bedroom. This is equipped with 2 single beds right next to each other. The upper floor can be closed with a stair gate.
The private terrace faces west and has a lounge set.
There is a bus stop close to the summer house. Excursions are therefore very easy to plan and carry out.
The house is very suitable for families with young children and for couples.

The holiday home is 100 meters from the beach and from the promenade and only two minutes walk from the village.
Egmond aan Zee is a seaside resort in the municipality of Bergen in the province of North Holland. Egmond consists of three villages: Egmond aan Zee, Egmond-Binnen and Egmond aan den Hoef. Egmond aan Zee is the best known of the three villages. More than 1000 years ago a fishing village was built here, but since the beginning of the last century the village has also been interesting for tourists. Both the fishing and the tourist past are still clearly recognizable in the cityscape. On the beach promenade stands quite prominently the lighthouse Jan van Speyk, which is also well visible from the village.
The wide beach offers many opportunities for relaxation: sun loungers, sun loungers, windbreaks and beach pavilions. Of course you can also go hiking, swimming, sailing and surfing. Entspannter Urlaub
Wir waren super zufrieden. Häuschen ist wirklich nur ein paar Meter vom Meer entfernt und hat auch alles was man für einen Urlaub benötigt.
Hier kann man total entspannt Urlaub machen.
Die Vermieter geben wertvolle Tipps :)
Wir haben die Freundlichkeit und das Ungezwungene sehr genossen.

Holiday home Glücklich am See
My fiancée and I were delighted with the holiday home. Everything was clean and everything that was specified was available in the house. The landlords are very friendly and have very good tips for the town and the surrounding area. I would always recommend and come back. The beach and town are very tourist and dog friendly. A wonderful place with very friendly staff.

Kurztripp
Für einen kurztripp zu empfehlen. Wenig Platz für Klamotten, daher für 4 Personen vielleicht ewas beengt. Wir haben die leeren Betten als Kleiderschrank genutzt. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden. Immer wieder. Ruhige Lage aber schnell im Zentrum oder am Wasser. Schöner Innenhof.

Simply beautiful
What can we say? Our holiday in the Netherlands could not have been more beautiful.
The location of the house is absolutely perfect. In less than 2 minutes you can walk to the beach, which is more or less right on your doorstep, and within less than 10 minutes you can also walk to the city centre. This is already mentioned in the description, but how often is it the case that it is one hundred percent true? So the location of the house could not have been better.
The house itself is well equipped. We didn't want for anything in terms of equipment. In addition, it was very well maintained and clean and, above all, much, much nicer furnished than it looks from the pictures. So the house had already cracked the hundred point mark for us.
Now a few words about the landlady Sylvia de Wit. We have rarely met such a nice landlady during our holidays. She is attentive, always available and above all incredibly helpful. On the day we left, our car wouldn't start because the battery was flat. Once we asked the landlady for help, she sent someone from the garage to us free of charge. Although we were almost 40 minutes late in this way, it was no problem for her and she gave us a very, very warm farewell. A wonderfully nice woman.
All in all, it is hard to ignore that we enjoyed our holiday in Egmond very much and we will definitely be back very often.

Kleines Häuschen
Für junge Paare gut geeignet.
Es ist sehr klein und kuschelig. Die Treppe nach oben sehr steil. Das Sofa ein 2- Sitzer, dafür ein grosser Esstisch, 3 deutsche TV-Sender.
Super ist die Lage, sofort am Strand und in der Dorfmitte.
Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und mit Hund war es perfekt.
