This lovely holiday home with all modern conveniences is located in Egmond aan Zee, a beautiful seaside resort on the Dutch coast. Just 100 metres from the spacious beach and wide promenade, you can fully enjoy the fresh sea air and the enchanting beach in Egmond aan Zee.
There are all kinds of nice cafés, restaurants and shops nearby. Just stroll along the promenade and enjoy local specialities such as fresh fish and delicious pancakes. It is the place to eat, drink and enjoy the sea breeze while watching the sunset.
And you know what? There is plenty to do within walking distance, too. You can hire a bike and explore the beautiful dunes and nature reserves. Or how about a refreshing dip in the sea? Egmond aan Zee is known for its beautiful beaches and there is always something to do, whether you want to sunbathe, take beach walks or try out water sports.
For the culture lovers among us, there is also plenty to explore. Head to the J.C.J. van Speijk lighthouse nearby for amazing panoramic views. Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.

Egmond aan Zee is very easy to reach by public transport.
Take the train to Alkmaar and from there bus 165 to Egmond aan Zee. The bus stops near our holiday home.
Free parking is only possible in the winter months from 1 November to 1 March.
In the summer months from 1 March to 1 November there is paid parking in Egmond every day.
As we have digital parking since this year, please let us know your car registration number a few days before your arrival.
During the summer months, we charge 5 euros per day for parking.
You can pay this fee in cash during your stay or we can offset it against your booking.
