Zum wiederholten Male einfach glücklich und sehr zu Frieden hier! Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht-und mehr. Egal was man sucht oder besucht-es ist da. Auch Malbücher, Stifte, Sandspielzeug und co für Kinder und Erwachsene. Selbst bei Regenwetter oder Kälte, kann man sich gemütlich einkuscheln und sich eine schöne Zeit machen.

Dreamlike location with panoramic views over Selliner Lake!!! From the house, you can immediately start hiking or biking, or let your soul dangle in the beach chair with a direct wonderful view of the lake. The new small harbor with the smoking ship is 100 meters away. From here, you can take great boat tours with the White Fleet. The Ahoi wellness pool is also quickly accessible. The Fährhaus 14 is modern and equipped with attention to detail. The box spring bed is simply fantastic! The rooms have been brightly and friendly renovated. From the living room and 2 bedrooms, there is a super beautiful view of Selliner Lake! Here you can really relax well. Thanks to the extraordinarily accommodating staff of Paradies Rügen! We would love to come back!

The location is simply perfect! At this beautiful lake and within walking distance to the sea, the pier, and plenty of delicious restaurants. Very good paths invite roller skating, skating, and whatever else! I have never been in a holiday home that is so well equipped! Everything you need at home is simply there. We will always come back!

A great view, you can look directly at the lake. Great furnishings of the accommodation, everything of high quality and quantity, down to the detail. You miss nothing. I especially liked the very comfortable TV chair :) Now in winter, the proximity to the adventure pool was very pleasant. We would love to come back. The time was way too short.

The interior of the house was freshly renovated and tastefully and cozily furnished. Everything was prepared for a pleasant stay. Well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, space in 3 bedrooms, new bathroom and guest toilet, terrace with beach chair, and a wonderful view of Lake Sellin from the living room and 2 bedrooms. The swimming pool with sauna was happily used.

The holiday home is wonderfully situated. It is easily accessible by car, with its own parking space right at the door... and when you go behind the house, the lake is right there. A lovely terrace with a beach chair, dining table, and chairs invites you to eat and linger. You can enjoy the sunrise and sunset there and simply have peace and quiet. The house is equipped like at home. Everything you need is there, and especially the kitchen, with everything you require, leaves nothing to be desired. One arrives here in a newly renovated holiday home, which has been furnished with great attention to detail. High-quality furniture and equipment included. And the box spring bed is a dream! It is located very nicely; within a few minutes on foot, you reach restaurants, the train station, shopping options, and especially—in about 20 minutes on foot, directly at the sea with a beautiful sandy beach!

The ferry house is tastefully furnished with all comfort. The kitchen equipment is high quality and complete. The garden furniture on the terrace was also high quality and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the location with its fantastic view of Lake Sellin every day.
