The detached holiday home, for your exclusive use, is situated in a very quiet south-facing hillside location (approx. 400.0 m from the village center – no through road) directly by the forest with a magnificent panoramic view of the valley and the surrounding mountains, on the well-known hiking and biking trails of the Sauerland. (approx. 1.0 km from the Sauerland-Radring)

Child-friendliness is a top priority at Ferienhäuser Tillmann. Our grounds offer plenty of space for romping and playing.
A Kneipp wading pool and a small stream, as well as playgrounds with a trampoline and swing and a small “petting zoo,” provide plenty of activities and unforgettable holidays. We are happy to provide you with a crib and high chair free of charge. Laundry:
Some of our holiday homes have their own laundry rooms with washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and iron. Guests of the other holiday homes and apartments can use a separate washing and drying room nearby (for a fee).
Sauerland Card: €2.50 per person (from 14 years) per day to be paid on site. Hiking:
Directly at the houses, developed and signposted hiking trails start to the well-known hiking routes "Sauerland Höhenflug" and Homert, circular hiking trails of approx. 1.0 hour and day hikes.

The state-approved climatic health resort Eslohe can be reached by car in only 5 minutes or directly from the houses via excellent hiking trails in about 45 minutes. There you will find all shopping possibilities from discounters to elegant clothing stores, excellent pastry shops, bakeries, furniture and decorating stores etc. The town hall, which also houses the tourist office, is located in the centre of Eslohe. Also the well-kept spa park with miniature golf, outdoor and indoor swimming pool. In approx. 400 m you find an excellent hotel and further experience catering trade in 3 - 8 km distance. A baker comes almost daily to the house or you use our bread roll service.
Leisure activities in the region: Many hiking routes invite you to long walks through the beautiful nature of the Sauerland. Sports facilities such as tennis courts, golf, horse riding, swimming etc. can be found in the immediate vicinity. Culture-loving guests can visit e.g. Schnellenberg Castle in Attendorn, Fort Fun Adventure Land (approx. 25 km away), the Sauerland Panorama Park (approx. 35 km away) or go to the "Biggesee" or "Möhnesee" recreation areas (approx. 20 km). Thanks to the location on the edge of the forest, you can enjoy the wonderful peace and quiet in the magnificent nature, while in winter you can reach the winter sports facilities around Winterberg in just one hour. Those interested in culture will be thrilled by castles and palaces in the Sauerland, also called the "Land of a Thousand Mountains", e.g. Altena Castle, Bielstein Castle or Schnellenberg Castle with its special experience gastronomy. The Atta cave in Attendorn or the Recken cave in the Hönne valley are also worth a visit, not to forget the technology museum in Eslohe. Here you can see the technology and history of former agriculture and the first steam engines. For guests interested in sports there is a well-developed network of hiking and biking trails, trim and climbing paths. Tours are organised by the Tillmann holiday homes. (Ideal for club excursions). Sports facilities such as tennis, horse riding and pony trekking, fishing, mini golf, professional golf for everyone, hang gliding and paragliding ensure that you will not be bored during your holiday. Several indoor, outdoor and fun pools can be found in the immediate vicinity. Winter sports like cross-country skiing, tobogganing and alpine skiing are possible in a distance of 5 - 16 km. We can organise hiking routes or covered wagon rides for you. (Ideal for club excursions). Let yourself be spoiled by the theme restaurants and country cafes, for example restaurant "Zum heißen Stein" in Bremke, "Woiler Hof" in Niedersalway, "Brauerei Gasthof Domschänke" in Eslohe, "Haus Hochstein" in Wenholthausen, "Konditorei Cafe Kaptain" in Eslohe and the country hotel "Donner" in Remblinghausen. A beautiful region for a varied holiday! Directly at the foot of the Homert (656 m above sea level) our family-run houses are situated in an absolutely quiet south-facing slope - directly at the forest - no through road. Well-developed hiking trails lead directly from the front door into the beautiful nature.
