Welcome to Haus Felsberg – your cozy holiday home for up to 5 people in a beautiful location in the Sauerland. The house combines close-to-nature living with modern comfort and offers ideal conditions for couples, families, and small groups of friends.

On around 120 m² of living space, you will find plenty of room for relaxing vacation days. Cozy living and dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable sleeping options create a pleasant atmosphere in which you can feel at home from the very first day.

A special highlight is the spacious outdoor area with its own barrel sauna. After a hike or bike tour, you can relax here and enjoy the peace of the Sauerland landscape. A terrace, a covered barbecue terrace, and the sunbathing lawn offer additional space for shared moments outdoors.

The cozy pellet stove ensures a comfortable atmosphere, especially on cooler days.

Thanks to its location on the edge of the village and forest, you can enjoy peace and nature practically right on your doorstep. At the same time, the house is an ideal starting point for activities in the Eslohe holiday region and the entire Sauerland.

Hikes and walks can begin directly in the varied Sauerland landscape. Forests, ridges, and valleys offer attractive options for short tours or extended hikes at any time of year.

Cyclists, mountain bikers, and e-bikers will also get their money’s worth. Numerous regional cycle paths and the well-known SauerlandRadring offer varied tour options for different requirements.

For day trips, Eslohe, Schmallenberg, Meschede, Winterberg, Willingen, and Attendorn are attractive destinations. Hennesee, Sorpesee, and Biggesee offer additional leisure opportunities. The Atta Cave in Attendorn as well as various leisure and wildlife parks are also suitable for a family outing.

Rental Conditions: The booking of our houses and apartments becomes binding with your written booking confirmation or via email. With your booking, you acknowledge our rental conditions, which are attached to the offer and/or can be viewed on the website.

The Felsberg House is designed for up to 5 people and is especially suitable for couples, families, and small travel groups. The stated rental prices apply to the number of persons agreed upon and listed in the booking confirmation.

If the permitted occupancy and available sleeping arrangements allow, additional persons can be booked in advance for €15.00 per person per night. Unregistered overnight guests are not permitted.

A deposit of €200.00 must be provided for the stay. This serves as security for possible damages or exceptional soiling and will be refunded after proper return in accordance with the agreed conditions.

Additionally, the tourism tax levied by the municipality of Eslohe applies. This currently amounts to €2.50 per person per night from 14 years of age. The applicable regulations of the municipality of Eslohe are decisive.

Special highlights of the house: Enjoy your own barrel sauna, the terrace, the covered barbecue terrace, and the spacious outdoor and sunbathing areas. The quiet location by the forest makes Felsberg House an ideal retreat after hikes, bike tours, and excursions through the Sauerland.

The holiday home is handed over fully furnished and equipped. Further details regarding arrival, departure, and your stay will be provided with your booking confirmation.
