Ferienwohnung in super Lage, mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht... Parken kann man in der Tiefgarage. Objekt hat Fahrstuhl und Wohnung hat einen schönen Ausblick... Haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Die Wohnung war gemütlich, mit allem was man brauchte, oder auch nicht. Die Aussicht war der Hammer in Tüten und wurde jeden Tag aufs Neue abgelichtet.

Die Ferienwohnung entsprach voll der Beschreibung im Internet. Ausstattung, Sauberkeit, Ausblick auf die Insel Vilm und die zentrale Lage zum Zentrum sowie Erreichbarkeit der div. Restaurants (fussläufig) waren optimal. Die Übergabe/Rückgabe des Apartments durch den Hausmeister K. war super. Einziger Wermutstropfen für uns waren die Matratzen der Betten, die so weich waren, dass man darin versunken ist. Für uns ein Grund, dieses Apartment leider nicht mehr zu buchen.

Sehr schöne und ruhige Ferienwohnung. Direkter Blick auf die Ostsee. Sehr idyllisch. Zum Hafen ca. 200 Meter. Klein und nicht überlaufen. Da gibt es alles was man braucht. Verschiedene Möglichkeiten gut und günstig zu essen. Ebenso gibt es auch viele gute Restaurants. Edeka ist auch nicht weit weg. Verschiedene Märkte. Ansprechpartner Herr K. war immer erreichbar, hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich.

Die Wohnung und Aussicht war super . Leider musste die Reise 4Tage früher abgebrochen werden wegen eines Wasserschadens im Gebäude ️. Abwicklung war aber sehr gut, wir kommen wieder

Der fantastische Ausblick auf den Bodden sowie die Nähe des Hafens mit der Gastronomie. Die leckersten Fischbrötchen vom Räucherschiff Berta, die man nur empfehlen kann. Die Ferienwohnung ist gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden um sich wohl zu fühlen.

Die Ferienwohnung ist ein Traum. Sie ist sehr geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet worden. Das Panoramafenster bietet eine phantastische Aussicht auf den Bodden. Wir hatten herrlich entspannende Tage in Lauterbach. Schade ist, dass es keinen Bäcker in der direkten Nähe der Villa Vilmblick gibt. Der nächste Bäcker im Edeka ist fast 1 km entfernt. Aber da es ein Gefrierfach im Kühlschrank gibt, war das kein großes Problem.

The vacation apartment is a dream. It has been decorated very tastefully and with a lot of love. The panoramic window offers a fantastic view of the Bodden.
We had wonderfully relaxing days in Lauterbach.
The only downside is that there is no bakery in the immediate vicinity of Villa Vilmblick. The nearest bakery at Edeka is almost 1 km away. But since there is a freezer compartment in the refrigerator, it was not a big problem.

The fantastic view of the Bodden and the proximity of the harbor with the gastronomy. The most delicious fish sandwiches from the smoking ship Berta, which one can only recommend. The vacation apartment is cozy and lovingly furnished and everything is available to feel comfortable.

We were here for 14 days and felt at home every day. The view from the balcony in the morning is indescribably beautiful. And even in the rain, you could sit outside and enjoy this view. Everything the heart desires was also available in the apartment.

Very nice and quiet vacation apartment. Direct view of the Baltic Sea. Very idyllic. About 200 meters to the harbor. Small and not overcrowded. Everything you need is there. Various options for good and cheap dining. There are also many good restaurants. Edeka is also not far away. Various markets. Contact person Mr. K. was always available, helpful and very friendly.

The apartment No. 15 was very nice, in the morning one was woken up by the sun and it was always a great start to the day. You had a fantastic view over the bay to the island of Vilm and only 2 min. to the port of Lauterbach. We would love to come back. The contact with Mr. Kupschus was impeccable and very considerate.
