In the south of the island of Rügen, away from the tourist hustle and bustle, lies this beautiful 4-room holiday home with its own terrace and garden. Living room with dining area, fireplace and sofa group. Separate modern fitted kitchen, bathroom and 3 bedrooms with double/single beds on the upper floor. Extra beds for 2 children in the attic on request. Situated in the village of Losentitz on the Zudar peninsula on South Rügen. In a small holiday complex with a small play area next to the house. Plot with water access/boat jetty at the "Schoritzer Wiek".
Bistro/restaurant in Losentitz and harbour restaurant in nearby Puddemin within reach. Nature beaches can be reached by bike in 20 min or by car in 10 min.

Cancellation terms:
- Tritt der Mieter vom Vertrag zurück, werden folgende Stornogebühren fällig, jedoch mindestens 50€: ab Vertragsunterschrift bis 43 Tage vor Mietbeginn 15% des Mietpreises, vom Tag: 50% des Mietpreises, ab dem 27. Tag sowie bei Nichterscheinen bzw. Stornierung nach Mietbeginn 80% des Mietpreises, soweit der Mieter nicht nachweist, daß ein Schaden nicht entstanden ist oder wesentlich niedriger als die vorgenannten Pauschalen ist. Bei staatlichen Reisebeschränkungen zahlt der Mieter eine reduzierte Stornogebühr von 10% des Mietpreises+Umsatzsteuer (mindestens 50€), sofern er das Risiko vorab kennen konnte. Wir empfehlen den Abschluss einer Reiserücktrittversicherung.
