Villa Anima Calama is a property with an outside area of 1.400 sqm and therefore offers plenty of space for outdoor living. The villa is furnished in a slightly rustic style. It consists of a living room (the sofa can be converted into a bed of 140 x 200 cm), kitchen with spacious dining room and toilet on the ground floor. On the first there are two bedrooms with own bathroom that exudes a spa atmosphere.
The outdoor area features a spacious lounge and a 32 m² swimming pool surrounded by five comfortable wooden sun loungers. Adjacent to the pool, there is a fully equipped summer kitchen with a toilet, a covered terrace with a large dining table, and a built-in outdoor grill.
The yard also includes a children's playground, making the villa especially suitable for families. The ideal capacity is four guests, with a maximum occupancy of five.

Location and surroundings of object
The villa is located in quiet Istrian village Filipana, just a few kilometers from the stunning and unspoilt beaches of medieval Svetvincenat, Vodnjan, Fazana and Rovinj on the west coast and not far from Labin and Rabac on the east coast and about 20km from Pula. Nearby is an outdoor adrenaline park, horse ranch and many other recreational opportunities.
In the immediate vicinity are vineyards and olive groves, where you can taste wine and olive oil in an authentic atmosphere and experience typical and traditional Istrian life.
Villa Anima Calma is located on the very outskirts of the village, so from all sides you have an endless view of the green of nature - olive groves, vineyards, meadows and forests. On the one hand, the view extends to Učka, the highest peak in Istria, and on the other hand to Kvarner to the peaks of Osorčica, a mountain on the island of Lošinj.
