Villa Anima Calama is located in the quiet Istrian village of Filipana. The plot has an area of approx. 1,400 m2 and therefore offers plenty of space for outdoor living. The villa is furnished in a slightly rustic style and consists on the ground floor of a spacious living room, kitchen, dining room and living room (the sofa can be converted into a bed of 140 x 200 cm) and a guest toilet. There are two more bedrooms upstairs. In one of the two bedrooms there is also a cot available (70x140cm). Each room has an en-suite bathroom that exudes a spa vibe.
Near the villa and lounge area is a 32m2 outdoor pool with five comfortable wooden sun loungers.
Next to the pool there is a summer kitchen with a toilet, a covered porch with a large table and an outdoor grill.
In the yard there is a children's playground and a garden with organic vegetables that you can pick and eat.
Due to its characteristics, this villa is ideal as a family home. Four people is optimal, five people is the maximum.

Location and surroundings of object
The villa is located in the village of Filipana, just a few kilometers from the stunning and unspoilt beaches of medieval Svetvincenat, Vodnjan, Fazana and Rovinj on the west coast and not far from Labin and Rabac on the east coast and about 20km from Pula. Nearby is an outdoor adrenaline park, horse ranch and many other recreational opportunities.
In the immediate vicinity are vineyards and olive groves, where you can taste wine and olive oil in an authentic atmosphere and experience typical and traditional Istrian life.
Villa Anima Calma is located on the very outskirts of the village, so from all sides you have an endless view of the green of nature - olive groves, vineyards, meadows and forests. On the one hand, the view extends to Učka, the highest peak in Istria, and on the other hand to Kvarner to the peaks of Osorčica, a mountain on the island of Lošinj.
