The high-quality ground floor holiday flat ( to 2023 5 * **** DTV ) is spacious, tastefully equipped with everything needed for daily needs. Our flat has ECARF certification (more living pleasure with allergies).
The well-cut and very light-flooded living area forms the heart of the beautiful flat, the wonderful south-facing terrace borders directly on it.
The kitchen is separated from the living/dining area. There is a separate dining room. The bedroom faces east, so you can wake up to the sun every morning. One bedroom is a combination bedroom (with a washer-dryer) and has a single bed
The flat also has a storeroom. There is also an extra storage room for bicycles and skis.
It is also possible to order breakfast.
There is also a private parking place.

Our luxurious, comfortable house is situated in a quiet location in the spa town of Bad Fredeburg (municipality of Schmallenberg) at an altitude of about 520 metres on the southern slopes of the Rothaar Mountains.
In the town of Bad Fredeburg you will find a variety of supermarkets and shops.
The village is surrounded by forests and meadows and is an ideal starting point for hikes, mountain bike adventures, cycling on the Sauerland cycle ring or skiing.
Your golf games on the 27-hole golf course of the Golf Club Schmallenberg-Winkhausen, 8 km away.
In winter, you have the opportunity to go cross-country skiing on the cross-country trails or the winter hiking trails in the immediate vicinity and with a fantastic backdrop, or to use the many lifts in the region. (15 minutes away)
Another highlight is the terras with lighting and a beautiful view of the mountains.
It is possible to add an extra bed in the combi-bedroom for a fee.
In summer, several beautiful lakes invite you to go surfing, sailing, rowing .
