Description
We offer new summer houses SOMMER RELAX in Bobolin near Dąbki. The opening of the resort from July 22, 2023.
We offer 24 summer houses { 12 two-family houses } and in a larger house with 2 rooms, one double room with bathroom and air conditioning and a room for 3 people with bathroom, kitchenette and air conditioning.
A playroom for children or a room for organized events. A large garden with a playground, parking spaces, a heated swimming pool for adults and a separate, small one for tiny children. Sunbathing areas next to the pool, pool loungers.
By combining the feeling of a tropical garden with the addition of northern vegetation in the garden arrangement, we try to create the most pleasant holiday atmosphere and friendly atmosphere that should be perceived positively. The beach is about 950m away. Lake with a marina and water equipment rental about 2 km. Next to the resort, there is a restaurant and a grocery store, bike rental, electric scooters and a horse farm where you can rent horses for horseback riding. The reservation of horses must be made in advance, specifying the days and hours of the reservation.
In each of the houses we can accommodate up to 4 people as standard and an additional 1 adult or 2 children {additional sofa bed in the living room}. It follows that in a semi-detached, two-family house we can accommodate up to 8 people (including children) as standard and additional people on a sofa bed in the living room. Maximum 10 adults or 8 adults and 4 children. We also have baby cots at an additional cost.
This means that each house is a separate unit and the price for each house up to a maximum of 5 people (additionally a small child as a 6th person) including children must be calculated separately. We bill a 2-family house as 2 separate units. Accommodation for a group of 13-15 people {including children} is a minimum of 3 separately counted holiday homes, etc.
EVERY HOUSE {HALF HOUSE} OWNS.
ON THE GROUND FLOOR. Living room with air conditioning {hot - cold}, TV, sofa bed for 1 to 2 people, kitchenette with induction hob 2 plates, fridge, microwave oven, coffee machine, basic dishes, cutlery, pots, frying pan.
Bathroom with shower {no steps or paddling pool}, WC, washbasin, electric water heater.
Terrace with patio furniture
FLOOR. 2 bedrooms for 2 people, each with a double bed {double}, wardrobe, bedside tables. Linen provided.
In the attic of a larger house, we also have 1 room for 2 people with a bathroom and 1 room for 3 people with a bathroom and a kitchenette, air conditioning in the rooms. If interested, ask about the price and availability of these rooms.
ON THE PREMISES. Swimming pool 11 x 4 m, heated during the summer season, sun loungers by the pool. Small swimming pool for small children, heated during the holiday season, depth 40 cm. A playground for children, a separate place for a barbecue, 1 parking space for 1 cottage {free of charge}.
We require strict compliance with the sanitary and technical rules of bathing in the pool.
Children cannot stay in the pool without the supervision of their parents or legal guardians.
Pets are not allowed in and around the holiday complex.
We have other holiday home complexes where pets are allowed. Please inform yourself.

Departures, electricity billing, handing over the keys and leaving the car park by 10.00.
For early arrivals your car can be parked in the parking space {without unpacking}. Your house can be made available after its proper preparation, cleaning and depending on the possibilities.

- BEACH CARTS: 1 hour PLN 9, 2 hours PLN 16, 5 hours = PLN 35, all day = PLN 50.
- G-KART for 1 person: 15 minutes = PLN 6, 30 minutes = PLN 10, 60 minutes = PLN 15.

Cancellation terms:
- If you cancel your reservation before 12:00 CET (Central European Time) at least 90 days before scheduled check-in, you will receive half of the booking deposit minus the cancellation fee (EUR 50). If canceled less than 90 days before check-in, no refund will be given.
