We only rent entire houses. 1 house for 2 to 6 people Number of people in one house (maximum 4 - 5 adults or 4 adults and 2 children)
In the case of groups of more than 5-6 people (including children), the price for each house must be calculated separately. We do not have houses for example 10 people. (here we suggest 2 x Doppelhaushelfte)
For group accommodation, please specify the number of houses that must be calculated separately.
In the summer holiday season from until 2021, we rent our houses for weekly stays or a multiple thereof, arrivals from Saturday (preferred) or Sunday to departures on Saturdays or Sundays.
The maximum accommodation in one house is 5 - 6 people (including children). With a larger number of people, groups of more than 6 people, it is necessary to calculate the price of two or more houses, depending on the number of people accommodated in 1 house.
For each house, you must calculate the price separately for a maximum of 5 to 6 people including children. The price calculation for 1 house for, for example, 7 or 9 or 12 people is incorrect.
Nice and tastefully furnished 3-room holiday homes, for a maximum of 4 - 6 people (including children), parking available, free of charge. Distance to the beach only 200m. Old sea park just 20 m. Nearby, bars, restaurants and grocery stores in the area. (mostly open in the summer season)
We offer 16 two-story, two-family houses and one detached house, in a charming wooded area, about 200 m from the beach and very good, direct access. The beach is not guarded. Cottages have 2 bedrooms upstairs. One bedroom with a double bed, the second with 2 single beds, a wardrobe. Bedding in the bedrooms. Living room with kitchenette (dishes, 2-plate electric cooker, fridge, kettle) and for an additional 5 persons a sofa bed, TV-SAT. Terrace / veranda in each of the houses. Outside the fenced area, large garden, playground, parking, bike rental, and under beautiful birches, barbecue and bonfire. Pets are prohibited.
During the summer holidays, we rent houses for stays of one week or two weeks from Saturday. Other days of arrival only if such a possibility exists or outside the holiday season.

Location and surroundings of object
A romantic place full of natural vegetation, proximity to the sea, air saturated with iodine and a beautiful view of the coast really will make you rest, and the holidays will be unforgettable.
In the vicinity of the holiday home complex, about 100m, a catering point with lunch, a bar and a grocery store (open in the summer season). The city center and a large supermarket, POLO, about 700m.
In the tourist town, the village of Bobolin, you can relax in peace and quiet and at the same time take advantage of many proposed natural attractions, sandy beaches, proximity to the lake with a marina, forest surroundings, and proposed tourist services such as horse stables, bicycle rentals, electric scooters. Many kilometers of bike paths for family trips. Gastronomy and shopping facilities, restaurants and shops also satisfy guests..

The horse farm "RANCHO MUSTAFA" located next to our holiday cottage complex (100m) offers in its program.

RENTAL OF BIKES and other pedal or electric vehicles in the 2023 season (prices may change in the following years). Location opposite RANCHO MUSTAFA in Bobolin.
-BICYCLE: 60 minutes = PLN 10. , all day = PLN 50, helmet, fastener + PLN 5.
-BICYCLE with a seat: 60 minutes = PLN 15, all day = PLN 60, helmet with a fastener + PLN 5.
- BEACH CARTS: 1 hour PLN 9, 2 hours PLN 16, 5 hours = PLN 35, all day = PLN 50.
- G-KART for 1 person: 15 minutes = PLN 6, 30 minutes = PLN 10, 60 minutes = PLN 15.
- G-KART for 2 people: 15 minutes = PLN 10, 30 minutes = PLN 16, 60 minutes = PLN 22.
- G-KARD for 4 people: 15 minutes = PLN 17, 30 minutes = PLN 25, 60 minutes = PLN 40.
- ELECTRIC SCOOTER: 15 minutes = PLN 20, 30 minutes = PLN 35, 60 minutes = PLN 60.
- ELECTRIC SCOOTER: 15 minutes = PLN, 30 minutes = PLN 20, 60 minutes = PLN 30.
-JEEP CAR: 15 minutes = PLN, 30 minutes = PLN 30, 60 minutes = PLN 40.

Wasserschaden Schimmelgeruch dreckig

Die dusche war undicht und icht seit won paar Tagen... das holz war aufgequollen. Die türzarge schon abgehobelt das die tpr aufgehen kann oder zu.
Die kpche war unbrauchbar und dreckig. Wohl gefühlt hsben wir uns nicht. Die häuser sind sehr sehr hellhörig.Der Eigentümer hat sich nicht gekümmert. Die kontaktperson vor ort war unfreundlich und hat zu verstehen gegeben das es ihr egal ist.
Hier wird nur profit rausgeholt.
