Welcome to Villa Barbara, a stunning new holiday home in Jursici, Istria. This spacious house has an interior area of 150 m2 and a total plot area of 525 m2. It offers plenty of space to relax and enjoy.

With a maximum occupancy of 6 + 2 people, Villa Barbara is perfect for family and friends. The house has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. 2 bedrooms have their own bathroom.
Each bedroom is equipped with a TV and air conditioning.

You can dive into the private pool, which measures 26 m2. The yard has a few olive trees on the grassy parts, which add to the peaceful atmosphere of the property. Children can have fun on the children's swings.

For outdoor dining and entertainment, the covered terrace offers an outdoor table and a gas barbecue.

There is also a fenced private parking area for up to 2 cars.

The house is modernly furnished and has all the amenities for a comfortable stay, including Wi-Fi, satellite channels and a washing machine. Pets are not allowed.

Villa Barbara is located in Juršići, a small village in the municipality of Svetvinčenat, 8 km from the town of Vodnjan.

The beaches of Peroj, Fažana and Barbariga are 14 km from the accommodation.
The supermarkets Plodine and Konzum are 8 km away, while the first restaurant Konoba Klarići is only 2 km away.

The villa's location is ideal for visiting the historic Istrian towns of Pula (20 km), Rovinj (27 km) and Poreč (43 km).
In just 20-30 minutes by car you can reach the Pula Arena, the Brijuni National Park or the old town of Rovinj.

For adrenaline lovers there is Glavani Park 9 km away and Aquapark Aquacolors 39 km away.
