Villa Grande is a luxurious villa with 3 bedrooms and a swimming pool. It is located in a small village Juršići, not far from the municipalities "Svetvinčenat" and "Vodnjan" The nearest beach is "Peroj", 15 km from the accommodation.
Villa Grande has a large fenced garden with a private pool (salt water), a covered terrace with outdoor table and an outdoor grill/fireplace (wood+charcoal). The house is air-conditioned and offers satellite TV, free Wi-Fi and underfloor heating throughout the house. 4 parking spaces are available for guests. The first floor has a large living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining table and bathroom. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms with private bathrooms, all three rooms have double beds. One room has access to a private balcony. Laundry (in unit, first floor, washer/dryer) is available in Villa Grande.

Villa Grande is located in the small Istrian village of Brščići (part of village "Juršići"), which belongs to the municipality Svetvinčenat. Brščići is a village with about 100 inhabitants. The first neighbors live in Switzerland and come to the neighboring house only for holidays.
Juršići is located near well-known tourist destinations in Istria, such as Svetvinčenat, Pula, Rovinj, Fažana, and Medulin.
A local shop is 1.3 km from the property (Juršići). Supermarkets "Plodine" and "Konzum" are located in Vodnjan, 8.5 km from the property. Nearby are the restaurants "Bistro Tone" (1.3 km), the popular "Konoba Klarići" (1.5 km), and "BBQ Pizzeria Buffalo" (7 km).

Villa Grande is a house of traditional Istrian architectural expression. Most of the walls in the courtyard, and part of the facade, are decorated with expensive Istrian stone. For over a year, the stone was hand-coated by one of the best Istrian masters for stone facades and walls.
A sense of spaciousness can be experienced in every corner of this property. The house once belonged to a famous Croatian-American actor. The balcony offers a sea view in clear weather.
The whole property, which includes a house, a yard, and the swimming pool, is for the private use of only one group of guests.
Guests of the house have at their disposal a private tennis court, basketball and football courts (100 m from the house). Sports can be played in the evening too (the court is illuminated). Next to the sports field, there is a playground for children, so that even the youngest members of the group can enjoy.
Very quiet location for a top family vacation.

Super holiday property
We were in Villa Grande for the first time this summer. The house is very stylish and high-quality furnished. Every day we were looking forward to swimming in the pool in the morning. The house has a very good location to visit interesting sights. The landlords are a young couple who leave nothing to be desired and are very friendly. We can absolutely recommend the house.
