The house is equipped with WLAN, SAT-TV, washing machine and 4 air conditioning units: 1 in the living room, 1 in each bedroom.
Large terrace is covered and there is a barbecue, an outdoor dining table with 8 seats, a large 36 m² pool, 6 sun loungers and an outdoor shower. In the pool there are brick stairs for a gradual entry into the water, adapted for children and non-swimmers.
