Villa Lounge Kapelana is a modern villa in the heart of Istria, 10 km from Svetvincenat and 18 km from Pula. The unique offer of entertainment and sports facilities distinguishes this house from most other facilities in this part of Istria.
The spacious complex offers comfortable accommodation for a maximum of 8 people.
There are three double rooms on the first floor of the house. Each room has a TV, air conditioning, a bathroom and a private terrace.
The ground floor has a comfortable living room, a richly equipped kitchen and a room for first-class entertainment with billiards and darts. You have access to a private pool with 6 sun loungers.

Large terrace is covered and there is a barbecue, an outdoor dining table with 8 seats, a large 36 m² pool, 6 sun loungers and an outdoor shower. In the pool there are brick stairs for a gradual entry into the water, adapted for children and non-swimmers.

4 large cars can be parked in a private fenced parking lot, so you will have no worries.
