Description
The 54m² two-room flat is located on the third floor and can be reached comfortably by lift. The living room is comfortably furnished. You will find a couch, two armchairs, a TV and a separate dining area in the detailed arrangement. From here you can access both the flat's own large roof terrace and the smaller balcony. Enjoy the setting sun in the evening or take the opportunity to have breakfast outside in the beautiful weather.
The bedroom blends in with the overall colour scheme of the flat and is furnished with a large double bed and wardrobe. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking. The bathroom offers you a high level of comfort thanks to the possibility to choose between a bathtub and a shower. In addition, towel heating and a hairdryer are part of the equipment.
You can park your car in your own parking space at the house. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. A lockable bicycle storage room is located in the villa. There is also a laundry room with washing machine and dryer available for a fee.
