This 2-room flat is located on the ground floor as a south-facing, ground-level full floor. The terrace facing the courtyard, which can be accessed from the living room, also faces south. In the modern and maritime living room there is a cosy sitting area (couch with sleeping function) and a dining table for 4 people. The separate kitchen has a ceramic hob and an oven as well as a small dining table for the first morning coffee. The bathroom offers a shower, washbasin and WC. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed and enough wardrobe space.
A car parking space is located in front of the terrace on the property. Washing machine and dryer in the house can be used for a fee. You can safely store your bicycles in the locked storage areas of the house. Wi-Fi is available and free of charge

The lavishly renovated "Perkunos" spa villa is located in Friedensstraße 4/5 in Heringsdorf. Due to the central location, you will find shops, restaurants, bakers and shopping facilities only a few hundred metres away. After a short walk you can reach the pier of Heringsdorf and the beach.
