The holiday home is located on a sunny slope, in a quiet location, near Mittersill with a fantastic view of the mountain scenery of the Hohe Tauern and the Kitzbühel Alps. The holiday apartment with terrace can accommodate up to 4 people, has its own entrance, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a pull-out couch, and a bedroom with satellite TV. Thanks to the underfloor heating, the accommodation is even more comfortable. The apartment is equipped with high-quality carpenter furniture, which makes the holiday home a cozy place to relax. Several parking spaces are located directly at the house.
The holiday home is an ideal starting point for all activities, hikers and bikers start their tours directly from the house. The panoramic cable car of the Pass Thurn ski region/Kitzbühel Alps cable car is only a few minutes away by car. Cross-country skiing, ski tours, tobogganing and winter hikes are on offer for the perfect winter holiday.
In addition to activities such as hiking, mountain biking, swimming or leisurely walks, there are also numerous cultural highlights here. Herb gardens, castles, palaces and an exquisite selection of regional events make you want more.

We (3 adults) were guests in the vacation apartment for the second time and were very happy to be there again. The location is great (between Mittersill and the ski lift), the equipment of the vacation apartment is excellent, cleanliness is perfect, and the mattresses are very comfortable. We would love to come back!
