Alpine Residence at the Panoramabahn Kitzbühel Alps

This modern holiday apartment, furnished with attention to detail, is part of the noble Alpin Residences in Hollersbach and only 3 minutes from the entrance to the Kitzbühel ski area.
In the spacious living/dining area with open-plan kitchen, up to 8 people can dine and chat in comfort on a modern corner bench and chairs covered in fine genuine leather.
In the living area, relax on a comfy couch overlooking the 55 Sony Flat, which hangs on a stylish reclaimed wood wall
From the couch, you'll have a relaxing view of the open fireplace, which adjoins the reclaimed wood living wall on the right edge
6 people can sleep in 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed, which offer an unobstructed view of the Kitzbühel mountains. In addition, 2 people can sleep on the sofa bed in the living area
In the two bathrooms you can relax either in the bathtub or in the aroma of the ethereally scented stone pine sauna. Or you can enjoy the spacious walk-in shower in the morning or after a sauna session.
In winter you can store your skis and ski boots in a heated ski room.
In summer you can relax on our covered terrace, with panoramic views of the Kitzbühel mountains, and enjoy the evening sun
with a cool drink. You prepare your dinner on a high-quality Weber grill.
You can park your car directly in front of your individual entrance area in the covered courtyard.

Location and surroundings of object

The national park community of Hollersbach is located on the south side of the Kitzbühel ski area in the Hohe Tauern National Park
The panoramic cable car 800 metres away takes you directly to the beautiful skiing and nature area of Kitzbühel. The immediate surroundings offer numerous hiking and mountain sports opportunities. You can also explore the surroundings by bike via the Tauern Cycle Path. Refreshment can be found in the nearby Hollersbacher Badesee, where there is also a large children's playground, football and volleyball fields
Do you prefer to play golf? In nearby Mittersill (7 km) you will find a golf course with 18 holes
In winter you can go skiing, cross-country skiing, snowboarding or ski touring.
The lift, the Panoramabahn, is only a few minutes away from your wonderful holiday home and will take you to the beautiful ski area of Kitzbühel
There, in addition to alpine skiing, you can also go tobogganing, snowshoeing and sledding
Or do you love tobogganing in the evening on the longest natural toboggan run in Europe (14 km) in nearby Bramberg. There is even a free \"toboggan train\"

Winter sports with even more variety? Then you can reach the Zillertalarena in just under half an hour to the west and to the east you can reach the new mega - ski area Zell am See & Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn from 2018/2019.

Numerous well-marked bike paths, mountain bike trails and hiking routes stretch through the beautiful forests of the surrounding area, the Hohe Tauern National Park as well as the beautiful landscape of the municipal area.

Especially popular are excursions to the largest untouched mountain lake in the Hollersbachtal, the Kratzenbergsee, which is located on the Bachlehrweg, and to the natural bathing lake with one of the largest adventure playgrounds in Austria, the "Hollidee".

The community has an asphalt and curling rink, a beach volleyball court, a place for archery, a golf course (in Mittersill), as well as the possibility for hang gliding and paragliding.

If the trip cannot be commenced due to COVID-19 (either the destination or the tenant's residence is a risk area, more than 50% of the guests must quarantine, or are ill with COVID-19), then no cancellation fees will be applied! 1) If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a subsequent tenant who enters into the contract on the same terms, compensation minus saved expenses must be paid as follows, unless it is possible to rent the property otherwise: - Cancellation up to 49 days before the start of the rental: 10% of the rental price - Up to 35 days before the start of the rental: 30% of the rental price - Up to 21 days before the start of the rental: 60% of the rental price - Up to 14 days before the start of the rental: 90% of the rental price - Otherwise (less than 14 days before the start of the rental): 100% of the rental price. However, the landlord will attempt to rent the property to someone else. 2) The tenant can always prove that the actual damage incurred was lesser. 3) If the tenant terminates their stay prematurely, they remain obligated to pay the full rental price. 4) A cancellation or termination must be made in writing. The relevant date is the day the notice is received by the landlord.

About the place Hollersbach

Hollersbach im Pinzgau is located in the district of Zell am See in Salzburg and has an area of 77 km². The community is located at an altitude of 806 meters above sea level and has about inhabitants. The 7 villages include Hollersbach, Jochberg, Lämmerbichl, Reitlehen and Rettenbach. Neighbouring communities are Bramberg, Mittersill and Matrei in Osttirol.

Hollersbach was first mentioned in a document in 1160. In 1893 the neo-Romanesque parish church of Sankt Vitus was built. The dilapidated parish church from the 14th century was demolished before.

Places of interest in Hollersbach im Pinzgau

Klausnerhaus dates from the 14th century and was last renovated in 1986. The typically built Pinzgau farmhouse with quarry stone wall and wooden upper floor and attic currently houses a seminar centre, a National Park information point and a medicinal herb exhibition.

The Kramerstall Art Hall serves the Hollersbach Cultural Association as a home for the International Hollersbach Painting Weeks and is located in the centre of Hollersbach. In this hall 3 studios of different sizes can be rented.

Other attractions are the herb garden, with over 700 different types of spices, medicinal and garden herbs, and the neo-Romanesque parish church of St. Vitus.

Great, great Hollersbach

Such a beautiful residential complex, right by the lake.
Everything on one level and practically furnished.
Surrounded by beautiful hiking trails and excursion destinations.
Too bad that the Pinzgaucard is not included.

We really liked the proximity to the ski lifts and the connection to the ski area of Kitzbühel.

Top accommodation in a great location

The new accommodation is only about 3 minutes away from the gondola. A ski bus stops in front of the accommodation.
The accommodation is very well equipped and suitable for up to 8 people if two sleep on the spacious pull-out couch. The two bathrooms offer enough space (one of the bathrooms has a small sauna). The underfloor heating provides a cozy warm feeling after skiing.
The beds are very comfortable. The contact with the landlord and the caretaker on site was exemplary.
