Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung wohlgefühlt auch während der Sturmflut an der Ostsee ;) Es war soweit alles vorhanden. Einziges Manko ist die nach wie vor andauernde Baumaßnahme an der Tiefgarage und im Außenbereich.

Tolle, mit Liebe eingerichtete Wohnung. Wir kommen gern wieder. Baumaßnahmen sind noch voll im Gang so dass das Außengelände einer Baustelle entspricht.

Sehr schönes, großes, modernes, voll ausgestattetes Apartment. Vom Eierpikser über Mixer bis hin zu drei verschiedenen Kaffeemaschinen Direkter Zugang zur Tiefgarage die leider noch nicht fertig war, dafür aber ein Aufzug. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Da Gesamtobjekt immer noch im Baustellzustand, nach Gästebuch seit 2020,fuer Familien mit Kindern ungeeignet - zu viele unsichere Stellen. Ansonsten Wohnung top ausgestattet.

Alles in allem toll, zwei negative Punkte. Die Baustelle war deutlich größer und damit lärmintensiver als angenommen. Die ersten LKW kamen um 4 Uhr, es wurde auch Samstag und Sonntag gearbeitet. Und das in Verbindung mit dem zweiten negativen Punkt: Wohnung wird extrem warm, besonders das vordere Zimmer. Da aber ja die LKW kamen, konnte das Fenster nicht geöffnet werden. Hat uns alle um erholsamen Schlaf gebracht. Eine Klimaanlage wäre wünschenswert. Sonst alles in tollem Zustand, schick eingerichtet.

Very nice, large, modern, fully equipped apartment. From egg pricker to mixer to three different coffee machines. Direct access to the underground garage which unfortunately was not yet finished, but there was an elevator. We felt very comfortable.

Lovingly furnished apartment, nothing was missing! In addition, with great views and perfect location! The construction site is a bit annoying in the mornings, but we didn't notice it during the day anyway, and in the evenings we also had our peace and quiet!

Very nice apartment but catastrophic signage, neither the underground parking space nor anything else signposted! We needed 60 minutes and 2 phone calls with Kraushaar to find our apartment.

All in all great, two negative points. The construction site was much bigger and therefore noisier than expected. The first lorries arrived at 4 a.m., there was also work on Saturday and Sunday. And that in conjunction with the second negative point: the flat was extremely warm, especially the front room. But since the trucks were coming, the window could not be opened. Deprived us all of a good night's sleep. Air conditioning would be desirable.
Otherwise, everything is in great condition, smartly furnished.

Very nice flat with the best equipment. Even if you wanted to bake a cake while on holiday, the equipment would be there. High-quality furnishings, good layout, beautiful terrace that cannot be seen, good connection to the beach and surroundings, excellent wifi connection.

The construction work in the outside area and in the underground car park was not yet finished as announced by the provider. The flat is lovingly furnished and equipped with high quality furniture. We felt very comfortable.
