THE APARTMENT
In the midst of the idyllic and unspoiled Baltic Sea resort of Sierksdorf is the very well-maintained and spaciously designed complex "Am Seehof".
The attic apartment with gallery offered here is one of only a total of 5 apartments in the building.
The two attic apartments share a common entrance and staircase. The 3-room apartment, listed with 75 sqm of living space, has a total floor area of approx. 100 sqm due to the areas under the sloping roof that are not included in the living space calculation.
This provides a spacious and, thanks to the gallery, loft-like living situation.
The many windows also create an airy atmosphere.
The centerpiece of the apartment is the living room.
From here, the white solid wood staircase leads up to the gallery.
On the approx. You can access the 9 sqm balcony from the living room.
The fully equipped, modern kitchen (installed in 2026) is adjacent to the living room, ensuring short distances.
The north-east facing bedroom lets you wake up with the sun and always stays pleasantly cool, even in the height of summer.
Between the slightly smaller bedroom and the master bedroom is the modern bathroom (installed in 2026) with walk-in shower and WC. In front of the house, the parking space belonging to the apartment is exclusively available for you.
EQUIPMENT
You reach the apartment, which is located on the top floor, via a bright and well-maintained stairwell.
From the hallway in the apartment, the following rooms branch off:
- A bedroom with a new double box spring bed
- A smaller room with a box spring bed
- Also the bathroom, the modern kitchen, and the living room
From the living room, you have direct access to the approx. 9 sqm south-facing balcony and reach the gallery via the white-painted solid wood staircase.
In the gallery above the living room is the living/bedroom with a double bed and an additional sofa.
The apartment is overall high-quality equipped.
All rooms have bright tiles, the plastered walls are painted white, and the doors and the staircase to the gallery are also painted white. The living room is furnished with a cozy seating area and a modern natural wood dining table that seats up to 8 people.
For your entertainment, a large 55-inch LG OLED TV is available.
The television with satellite reception offers a wide selection of national and international TV and radio programs.
You can surf the internet with your devices via the high-speed Wi-Fi modem for as long as you like. The new kitchen (installed in 2026) is equipped with a modern, large built-in refrigerator, an oven, an induction cooktop, a fully integrated dishwasher, and a washing machine.
The fully equipped bathroom includes a walk-in shower, toilet, and washbasin.
A towel radiator provides cozy warmth.
The skylight above the shower ensures brightness and good ventilation.

LOCATION DESCRIPTION
The "Am Seehof" complex is located in the first row to the fine sandy beach – approximately 100 m as the crow flies – in the highly sought-after central location of Sierksdorf.
Sierksdorf has its own train station, which you can reach on foot in about 300 m; the nearest bus stop is 250 m away, and the small sports airfield "Hof Altona" is also only 2.5 km away.
The nearest shopping options such as REWE, LIDL, or Aldi can be reached after only about 3 km. The BAB 1 - motorway junction Eutin to the south and the junction Neustadt Süd to the north are each approx. 4 km away.
The biggest highlight is of course our nature.
You can walk for kilometers along the beach, swim in the Baltic Sea, dive, go boating, row, sail, surf, kite, and much more.
By bicycle you can explore the hinterland - all the way into Holstein Switzerland. Sightseeing flights from Sierksdorf airfield Hof Altona are just as popular as the water ski facility in the neighboring town of Süsel.

For nature lovers and adventure seekers, Sierksdorf offers many attractive opportunities.
The hinterland with the Holstein Switzerland and great towns such as Neustadt, Eutin, or the Hanseatic city of Lübeck invites you to exciting excursions (especially by bike) with its ham smokehouses, country markets, manor houses, and coffee gardens.
The Hansapark is located right next door and is a great attraction for young and old all year round. In autumn, the great fireworks delight many visitors.
Golf: 10 golf courses with 18-36 holes within a radius of approx. 30 km, of which 5 are within only 15 km.
Sierksdorf is pleasantly quiet, and if you ever want a bit more "action" and hustle and bustle, Scharbeutz and Neustadt (also by bike) and Grömitz are quickly accessible.
There is also a very diverse range of restaurants here.

Beautiful accommodation
