Lage super, nur 5 Minuten zum Strand, Bäcker um die Ecke. Sauberkeit läast etwas zu wünschen übrig. Ausstattung alles was man braucht. Zimmer sehr hellhörig, wir hatten mehrere Kinder übrr uns, das war sehr laut.

Tolle Lage! Von einer FEWO kann man eigentlich nicht sprechen, eher von einem Zimmer. Von den Mietern über einem hört man JEDEN Schritt. Und die Parkplatz-Möglichkeiten waren in unserem Fall eine Zumutung! Abgesehen von den o.g. Anmerkungen war es in Ordnung!

Die Betreuung durch das Kraushaar Team war sehr gut. Die Wohnung liegt nur ein paar Meter vom Strand entfernt. Die Ausstattung ist ausreichend. Bei der Küchenzeile besteht Optimierungsbedarf. In Sierksdorf keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Busse fahren sehr unregelmäßig. Ohne Auto bedingt zu empfehlen.

The apartment is sufficient for 2 people, it is located on the first floor of the house and has a sea view. The basic equipment is okay, which is sufficient for smaller meals. The bathroom is quite spacious, only the toilet paper holder is inconveniently placed; right above the toilet, which makes a "relaxed" sitting position impossible, because you have to sit at an angle. Maybe there could be a different solution for that.... Other than that, we felt comfortable, even though the weather wasn't great (but nobody can do anything about that).

Unfortunately, there was no grocery store or restaurant nearby. However, after renting bicycles, that was not a problem for us either. We had arrived by train. In the apartment, I would have liked a folder with information for local instructions, for example regarding bike rental or waste separation. Also, we only discovered on the last day of our vacation that there is a bread sale in the morning from 7-10 am at the beach. We would have been very happy with this note in a folder in the vacation apartment.

Location great, only 5 minutes to the beach, bakery around the corner. Cleanliness leaves something to be desired. Equipment has everything you need. Rooms very noisy, we had several children above us, which was very loud.

The apartment (1 room, kitchenette, bathroom, balcony) is located in an apartment building with 8 other apartments, mostly occupied by families. The whole place is 50m away from the beach, perfect. Around the corner, there is an ice cream café and a small shop where you can pre-order your bread rolls (newspaper, jam).

Here we can only give it a very good rating. The flat is small but the beds are comfortable, the bathroom comfortable and the kitchen fully equipped. We especially liked the spacious balcony with a view of the sea and the tranquillity of Sierksdorf. We would always book the flat again.

Great location! You can't really call it an apartment, more like a room. You can hear EVERY step of the tenants above you. And the parking space was an imposition in our case!
Apart from the above-mentioned comments, it was fine!
