Die Abwicklung der Schlüssel Übergabe war sehr unkompliziert und ein sehr freundlicher Empfang! Die Wohnung ist leicht zu finden. Für zwei Personen ist die Wohnung ausreichend. Die kleine Couch ist leider sehr unbequem. Die Herdplatte musste erst ( mittels Stuhl) per Sicherung angestellt werden

Wunderschön! Ein kurzer Urlaub mit herbstlich warmen Temperaturen und mit aufkommender frischer Luft ist an der Ostsee goldrichtig und beides ein Genuss. Die Nöhe zum Strand und der Blick zum Meer vom Balkon oder durch die großen Fensterflächen trugen zur Entspannung bei. Gerne kommen wir wieder!

Schöne Wohnung Direkt am Wasser. Tolle Eisdiele um die Ecke. Der Parkplatz vor dem Haus ist sehr eng !

Die Wohnug 25 di wir hatten hat einen Blick uaf das Meer. Zwar ist der Blick von den Häusern in der ersten Reihe etwas verdeckt aber dennohc kann man das Meer und die Lüberker Bucht gut sehen.

Die FeWo ist sauber und gute ausgestattet. Der Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür ist praktisch und es gibt Schuppen für Fahrräder o.ä. Man kann etwas Meer von der Wohnung sehen und es sich nur ein paar Schritte zum Strand, super. Dort passiert man auch ein Eiscafe, wo uns das Eis sehr gut geschmeckt hat. Allerdings scheint es sonst keine empfehlenswerte Gastronomie zu geben. Wir haben uns alles in allem sehr wohl gefühlt, es ist allerdings anzumerken, dass das Haues hellhörig ist.

The holiday apartment is clean and well-equipped. The parking space right in front of the door is convenient and there is a shed for bicycles etc. You can see a bit of the sea from the apartment and it's only a few steps to the beach, great. You also pass an ice cream cafe where we really enjoyed the ice cream. However, there doesn't seem to be any other recommended gastronomy. All in all, we felt very comfortable, although it should be noted that the house is quite noisy.

If you prefer a quieter beach than in Scharbeutz or Haffkrug, I would definitely recommend Sierksdorf. It is less crowded because there are no shops, etc. The apartment, Bergstr. 3, Seepferdchen 25, is very well located, close to the beach. Unfortunately, we had some shortcomings, for example, the wardrobe in the living room is unusable because the pull-out sofa is in front of it and a sliding door doesn't open and close anyway. The pull-out sofa was already broken on one side (the roll when pulling out was not securely mounted). The door opener does not open the front door from below. The blackout curtains in the bedroom cannot be completely closed because a hook is missing. A bedside lamp was broken. These are all only minor repairs, and we didn't find it that bad.... What we found bad is that the large residual waste bin was not emptied on Tuesdays in our first holiday week (the caretaker didn't put it out on the street), and it stood there for another week, completely overflowing. The holiday guests had to put their garbage bags next to it, so it looked and smelled accordingly. Glass bottles were also disposed of in the residual waste. Unfortunately, there are no glass containers on the beach promenade, the nearest one we found is a few hundred meters away towards the train station. In my opinion, we were the only holiday guests who bothered to walk to the glass container. All in all, I would recommend the accommodation, if you want to have a less crowded beach with your family, mainly because of the distance to the sea.

We enjoyed it. The location is very good for activities and it's only a few minutes' walk to the beach. It would be nice if there were a few more cake plates available (4 plates available). Then it would be worth using the dishwasher.

Beautiful!
A short holiday with autumnal warm temperatures and with fresh air coming up is perfect at the Baltic Sea and both are a pleasure. The proximity to the beach and the view of the sea from the balcony or through the large windows contributed to the relaxation. We will gladly come again!
