This cozy 54 m² vacation apartment in Meeschendorf accommodates up to 3 people and warmly welcomes your four-legged companion too. The quiet location near the popular surf and kite spot as well as the proximity to the campsite make it the ideal retreat for those who want to combine relaxation with water sports.
Location in Meeschendorf – between beach and nature experience
Your vacation apartment is located in the tranquil village of Meeschendorf, just under 3 km from the South Beach. Here you can enjoy the peace away from the tourist crowds while still being close to the water.
The nearby beach at Meeschendorf is particularly popular with surfers and kiters. In just 20 minutes on foot, you can reach both the swimming beach and the dog beach, where your four-legged friend can romp to their heart's content. For diving enthusiasts, the diving school at South Beach offers courses.
Directly opposite the apartment you'll find an osteopathy practice. The adventure mini-golf and high ropes course provide variety, and you can purchase genuine Fehmarn honey at the nearby apiary. The are easily accessible by car or bicycle.
Burg auf Fehmarn is only 3.9 km away. There you'll find restaurants, cafés and all the shopping facilities for daily needs. The Meereszentrum and Galileo Wissenswelt are about 5 km away.

TOP Holiday Apartment

Dear Ms. Blum, we felt very comfortable in Island Flower 57. The furniture and equipment (household appliances and dishes) were top-notch. The apartment was very clean upon our arrival. One suggestion from our side: mosquito nets would be beneficial with open windows. All in all, we give 5 out of 5 stars. Best regards, the Oberhag family.

Cancellation terms

Before the start of the booked appointment, you can withdraw from the rental agreement at any time by written declaration. To avoid misunderstandings, this is only possible in writing or by email, not by telephone. Our claim to the agreed payment remains, even if you do not start your vacation, and the reasons for not starting are irrelevant. Cancellations are only possible for the entire period. Partial cancellation is not allowed! In case of withdrawal, our standardized claim for cost reimbursement in percent of the rental sum is as follows: - up to 42 days before the start of the trip 0% of the travel amount - from the 41st day before the start of the trip 50% of the travel amount - from the 21st day before the start of the trip 100% of the travel amount - in case of no-show, the entire rent is due. If the property can be re-rented under the same conditions in case of short notice non-use, the tenant has a reasonable additional effort flat rate of 15% of the proportional rental price. A flat rate of €25.00 is charged for rebookings (only possible in the same fiscal year). If the rental duration remains the same or the rental price remains the same or higher, no further costs will be incurred. If the rental price is reduced, in addition to the rebooking flat rate, 15% of the difference will be calculated as a processing flat rate. The flat-rate calculated damages for rental loss and additional effort can be reduced by re-renting or saved expenditures. You have the option to provide proof of lesser damage. If you do not arrive without prior written cancellation, our claim to payment of the full rental amount including all additional costs remains. In this case, the tenant has no right to settle the cancellation fees according to the above-mentioned percentage scaling. We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance with your insurer.
