Location at Reiterkoppel – Tranquility meets convenience
Your vacation home is located on the first floor of a well-maintained holiday house in the quiet residential area "An der Reiterkoppel". Here you live away from the hustle and bustle, yet can quickly reach all the island's attractions. The popular town center of Burg with its shops and restaurants is just 1.3 km away.
The south beach is only 2.1 km away. Enjoy a leisurely breakfast and then spontaneously head to the beach? No problem! The harbor of Burgstaaken with its fishing boats and maritime restaurants is even closer at 1.3 km. Many fishing trips and excursion boats depart from here as well.
Ideal for dog owners: Field paths for extensive walks begin right outside your door. At the south beach, you and your four-legged friend will find a dedicated dog beach section. The entire island with its many such as the Marine Center (2.5 km) or the Galileo World of Knowledge (2.5 km) is at your feet.

When you open the apartment door, you're welcomed by a bright and friendly atmosphere. The centerpiece is the spacious living area with open kitchen. Here you can cook together while others play board games at the large dining table or relax on the comfortable couch.

The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to self-cater and even prepare a feast for all eight guests. After dinner, the sunny south-facing balcony with its comfortable garden furniture beckons. Morning coffee tastes especially good here, and in the evening you can end the day with a glass of wine.
Four separate bedrooms ensure everyone has their own retreat. The beds are distributed so that both couples and families with children are comfortably accommodated. The modern bathroom features a large walk-in shower where you can wonderfully relax after beach days.
On cooler days or cozy evenings, the fireplace in the living room becomes the focal point. Imagine warming up by the crackling fire after a long beach walk and reflecting on the day. This vacation home is not suitable for pets. We'll be happy to show you our .

Location and surroundings of object

It is only a 10-minute walk to the center of Burg, which invites you to stroll and feast with its historic streets. If you want to go swimming on the south beach, you can easily reach it by bike. The Burgstaaken harbor is just as close, where you can buy your fish directly from the boat in the morning or take it out yourself.

Unfortunately not clean, great location, previously professional care.

Great apartment, but cleanliness is not a priority. We could only enter our vacation apartment with a one-hour delay (from 4 PM instead of 3 PM) because it still needed to be cleaned. However, we couldn't see any evidence of that; the glasses/dishes were not clean, the toilet smelled of urine, and there were pet hairs everywhere. Otherwise, great location and nice apartment. An umbrella was also missing. Three TVs were great!

The processing was great. Very nice, reliable communication. Accommodation spotlessly clean. Sufficient dishes (dishwasher). Definitely recommend.

The communication by phone and on-site with Inselblume was good and friendly. The apartment had everything one needs for a relaxing holiday.

Cancellation terms

Before the start of the booked appointment, you can withdraw from the rental agreement at any time by written declaration. To avoid misunderstandings, this is only possible in writing or by email, not by telephone. Our claim to the agreed payment remains, even if you do not start your vacation, and the reasons for not starting are irrelevant. Cancellations are only possible for the entire period. Partial cancellation is not allowed! In case of withdrawal, our standardized claim for cost reimbursement in percent of the rental sum is as follows: - up to 42 days before the start of the trip 0% of the travel amount - from the 41st day before the start of the trip 50% of the travel amount - from the 21st day before the start of the trip 100% of the travel amount - in case of no-show, the entire rent is due. If the property can be re-rented under the same conditions in case of short notice non-use, the tenant has a reasonable additional effort flat rate of 15% of the proportional rental price. A flat rate of €25.00 is charged for rebookings (only possible in the same fiscal year). If the rental duration remains the same or the rental price remains the same or higher, no further costs will be incurred. If the rental price is reduced, in addition to the rebooking flat rate, 15% of the difference will be calculated as a processing flat rate. The flat-rate calculated damages for rental loss and additional effort can be reduced by re-renting or saved expenditures. You have the option to provide proof of lesser damage. If you do not arrive without prior written cancellation, our claim to payment of the full rental amount including all additional costs remains. In this case, the tenant has no right to settle the cancellation fees according to the above-mentioned percentage scaling. We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance with your insurer.
