We have provided great comfort so that you can enjoy your holiday. And should there ever be a small problem, we always have a contact person on site for you via our caretaker service.

Centrally located and close to the beach, this charming 1 room flat is situated in the middle of the popular and well-known Baltic resort of Binz. In just a few moments you can reach not only the wonderful Baltic Sea beach of Binz, but also the lively centre of the resort with its many boutiques, bars and restaurants. The flat of about 38 m² is located on the ground floor of a small flat house with only a few residential units. The flat is divided into a very bright and friendly living room with parquet flooring, harmoniously integrated sleeping alcove, a kitchenette with dishwasher and a modern, friendly daylight bathroom with ground-level shower. A large window front gives access from the living area to the small sunny balcony with south-eastern orientation. A parking space in the underground garage is available free of charge.

On the largest and probably most beautiful and sunniest island in Germany, the island of Rügen, you will also find the Baltic Sea resort of Binz. The elegant town lies on one of the most beautiful bays on the island, the Prorer Wiek. To the south, the Baltic seaside resort is surrounded by the contrasting, extensive woodlands of the Granitz. To the west, the waves of Lake Schmachter lapping gently against the shore promenade. Here guests find peace and relaxation. Binz is one of the most popular seaside resorts on the island with a long tradition. The picturesque bay has a kilometre-long fine sandy beach.
Along the more than 3 km long beach promenade, elegant villas in spa architecture shine in new incomparable beauty.
