We would be delighted to welcome you as a guest on the island of Usedom.
Our holiday home was renovated in 2007 and refurbished in 2011. The holiday home is located in the district of Karlshagen.
Our holiday flats are 60 m² and for up to 6 people with a fully equipped kitchen and 2 separate bedrooms, sun terrace and barbecue area.

Location and surroundings of object
Only about 10 minutes walk through the forest to the wide white sandy beach separate your holiday flat from the sea. It is about 500m to the centre of the village. In Karlshagen you will find a variety of cafés and restaurants and small shops. The daily needs can be met in various supermarkets which are approx. 100 m - 900 m away from your holiday flat. Welcome to Karlshagen, the holiday paradise for the whole family. The Peene river on one side invites you to dreamlike boat trips from the largest harbour in the German part of the island. On the other hand, the Baltic Sea with its wide white sandy beach invites shell collectors and bathing mermaids.
