The flat is completed in 2020, is 40 sqm and offers space for up to 4 people. There is a bedroom with a double bed at your disposal. In the comfortably furnished living room, there is room for two more people on the sofa bed. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and WC. In the kitchen you will find everything your heart desires: refrigerator with icebox, cooker, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, etc.
The large terrace invites you to linger, a barbecue is ready for you.

The holiday flat is located in Karlshagen on the Baltic Sea island of Usedom, Hauptstraße 61. Karlshagen is in the northern part of the island of Usedom between Zinnowitz and Peenemünde. It is about a 20-minute walk to the fine sandy beach. The centre of the village with its shops, restaurants, cultural facilities, doctors and pharmacy can be easily reached on foot in just a few minutes.

Small holiday apartment
We, as a family (4P), had a short stay in this holiday apartment. However, the personal contact is lost here. The apartment, with its 40m², is very limited for 4 people but contains almost everything you need. Only the Wi-Fi and a radio were not available, and that is part of a holiday apartment for us. Also, something for cleaning would have been nice, as you actually bring a lot of sand into the apartment. The location of the vacation apartment is as it is, and the noise from the street is actually manageable. However, one should not underestimate the distance to the beach (1.5 km) with small children. What we found to be too expensive was the final cleaning with the request to leave the apartment broom clean. This could possibly be improved.

A radio is missing.
The object is located right on the main road. But it's okay. In the evenings, it's quiet. I have been there several times. I have experienced absolute silence. What I missed was music and news from a radio for breakfast. I drove to Greifswald to the Media Markt and wanted to buy one. But I didn't find the right one. It should have a bit of sound and be technically up to date. Otherwise, everything there is ideally arranged. The shed for bicycles. The kitchen equipment. The terrace with the grilling possibility. I could also live there constantly. For example, as a retiree.

We will come back gladly.
Very nicely and lovingly furnished small apartment. (Almost) everything you need for everyday life was there, only hand soap and dishwashing detergent were missing, but we are complaining here at a high level. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bathroom clean and modern, and we didn't miss anything in the bedroom either. All windows are equipped with electronic blinds, for colder days there is the luxury of underfloor heating in every room, and several bicycles or a trolley can be comfortably stored in a small lockable shed. The fully equipped terrace and the electric grill invite you to a cozy end of the day. If you are good on foot, you can reach the beach of Karlshagen in 20 minutes, but there are also plenty of parking spaces available. We will definitely come back.

Absolutely recommended
The apartment is in the latest standard, well maintained, clean and modern with a clear line tastefully furnished. Everything is available that you would want in a vacation rental. The condition of the entire furnishings is excellent. We didn't miss anything, on the contrary, a welcome gift was also thought of. The partially covered terrace by a balcony can also be used in light rain. The landlady is very helpful and easy to reach, thanks again!
Now, how can I rate the location? ...... What I booked is what I got, all the information was correct and that's why I give the full score here too.
Persons with limited mobility should not take the paths through the forest to the beach and should access the vicinity of the beach with a wheelchair or car on the paved roads and sidewalks.
We really enjoyed our stay all around. We would book this vacation rental again.
