The flat has 2 rooms and a bunk with fully equipped kitchen, coffee maker, kettle and toaster, cooker, refrigerator and large dishwasher, a two-burner induction cooker and everything you need. In each room there is a Smart TV (3 in total) W-Lan is free of charge and the parking spaces are directly at the object. In the bedroom there are two single beds that can be pushed together. The size of the single beds is 90x200 cm. In the small living room there is a couch that could possibly be used by a fourth guest. Adjacent to the living room is the bathroom with large shower, sink and toilet. Also adjoining the living room is the bunk with a 90x200 cm bed for the third person and a smart TV

Location and surroundings of object
Our newest property is located in Neu Wulmstorf/Rade on the border to Hamburg in Lower Saxony. We have been renting out the "semi-detached house on the border to Hamburg" for a long time and have now extended the cellar and, in our opinion, managed to do it beautifully. From Rade you can go on tours to Hamburg, the Alte Land and the Lüneburg Heath. In addition, Rade is centrally located to explore the Heidepark Soltau, the Vogelpark Walsrode or the Safaripark Hodenhagen. Trips to the North Sea and the Baltic Sea are also very popular. From Neu Wulmstorf, the S-Bahn lines S3 and S31 take you quickly to Hamburg.

The check in is done in such a way that either the landlord opens and shows the guests everything or there is a key box near the entrance door, the code is given to the guests on request, they open and inform themselves about an information sheet.
