Description
In the midst of the Sternberg lakeland in Rosenow near Warnow, you can unwind, relax or enjoy an active holiday on a 1600 square metre final plot. Guests have the entire property at their disposal, which is completely enclosed with hedges except on the water side.
The house that awaits you has a cosy living room on the ground floor with a large fireplace, a large panoramic window, a sofa bed for two people, a dining area and satellite TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob with four cookers, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and all the crockery you need.
A small bathroom with toilet and sink is also on the ground floor.
The bedroom is also on the upper floor with walk-in wardrobe, double bed with comfort height and full-length mattress in king size and satellite TV. There is also a spacious shower on the upper floor.
A terrace with garden furniture and barbecue invites you to relax. There are also garden loungers and a fireplace.
In two minutes you reach the bathing place which is not overcrowded even in high summer. Fishing is possible in both lakes.

Location and surroundings of object
The property is located in Rosenow near Warnow in the middle of the Sternberger Seenlandschaft Nature Park between the small towns of Bützow and Sternberg .It is the initial property of eleven properties on a peninsula between the Priestersee and the Langer See. The glacial valley of the Warnow River is also nearby and from the canoe rental stations you can take very nice day trips on the natural river. The area is also ideal for long bicycle tours in which you can explore the landscape.
Five kilometres from Rosenow is the Groß-Raden open-air museum with its circular castle rampart and an old Slavic village.
By car you can reach the Hanseatic city of Rostock in about 45 minutes and the Hanseatic city of Wismar and the island of Poel in 30 minutes... so you can also reach the Baltic Sea quickly. The state capital Schwerin and the Barlach town of Güstrow are also only about half an hour away by car. Day trips to Waren an der Müritz and Lake Plauer See are also highly recommended and easy to do. At any time of the year you can watch a wide variety of birds, with cranes, herons and various birds of prey (red kites) being real highlights.
I would also like to mention the culinary delights to be discovered in the numerous country inns, where there is something for every taste. Rosenow is very centrally located for day trips to explore the whole of Mecklenburg and Western Pomerania.
