Description
In the midst of the Sternberg Lake District in Rosenow near Warnow, you can unwind, relax, or have an active vacation on a 1600 sqm end property. Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, which is completely enclosed by hedges except for the water side.
The house awaiting you has on the ground floor a cozy living room with a large fireplace, a large panoramic window, a sofa bed for two people, a dining area, internet, and satellite TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic stove top with four burners, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and all the dishes you may need.
A small bathroom with a toilet and sink is also located on the ground floor.
The bedroom is also upstairs with a walk-in closet, double bed with comfort height and a continuous mattress in king size, and satellite TV. There is also a spacious shower on the upper floor. A terrace with garden furniture and a grill invites you to relax. Garden loungers are also available, and there is a fire pit.
IN two minutes you can reach the swimming spot which is not overcrowded even in the height of summer. Fishing is possible in both lakes.

Location and surroundings of object
The property is located in Rosenow near Warnow in the middle of the Sternberger Seenlandschaft Nature Park between the small towns of Bützow and Sternberg .It is the initial property of eleven properties on a peninsula between the Priestersee and the Langer See. The glacial valley of the Warnow River is also nearby and from the canoe rental stations you can take very nice day trips on the natural river. The area is also ideal for long bicycle tours in which you can explore the landscape.
Five kilometres from Rosenow is the Groß-Raden open-air museum with its circular castle rampart and an old Slavic village.
By car you can reach the Hanseatic city of Rostock in about 45 minutes and the Hanseatic city of Wismar and the island of Poel in 30 minutes... so you can also reach the Baltic Sea quickly. The state capital Schwerin and the Barlach town of Güstrow are also only about half an hour away by car. Day trips to Waren an der Müritz and Lake Plauer See are also highly recommended and easy to do. At any time of the year you can watch a wide variety of birds, with cranes, herons and various birds of prey (red kites) being real highlights.
I would also like to mention the culinary delights to be discovered in the numerous country inns, where there is something for every taste. Rosenow is very centrally located for day trips to explore the whole of Mecklenburg and Western Pomerania.

Romantic holiday cottage - pure nature!
The holiday home is ideal for those seeking relaxation and tranquility. It is beautifully located by the lake/forest and equipped with everything your heart desires. The accommodation and outdoor area are very clean and well-maintained! The landlord is very friendly, accommodating, and open to all requests. Rosenow is located in the Sternberger Seenlandschaft between the Baltic Sea coast and the Mecklenburg Lake District, which can be easily reached by car in about 50 minutes. The beautiful harbor of Wismar and the Schwerin Castle are definitely worth a visit. You can fish in the Priestersee from a boat or simply enjoy nature.
