The apartment is located on the ground floor, right next to the holiday apartment "Zum Wachtelkönig" and also has a separate entrance.
It is divided into living, dining, and sleeping areas.
In the living area, the comfortable couch can be converted into an additional sleeping space, 1.50m x 2.00m. The double bed in the sleeping area measures 1.60m x 2.00m and has adjustable slatted frames.
In the open kitchen, there are a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, and various electrical appliances. Small appliances, such as coffee maker, toaster, blender, and kettle are available. In the bathroom, a bathtub with a shower attachment provides relaxation.
All windows are equipped with electric exterior shutters.
The underfloor heating offers a pleasant indoor climate throughout the apartment.
The car parking spaces No. 16 and 20 belong to the apartment. They are located directly at the house and can be seen from the living room window. All shopping options, restaurants, and a twice-weekly market are within walking distance.
The S-Bahn (station Neu Wulmstorf / in the Hamburg Transport Association) is just a stone's throw away and takes you to the Hamburg city center in 30 minutes.

The Fischbeker Heide, the Schwarze Berge Game Park and the Kiekeberg Open-Air Museum are further excursion destinations in the immediate vicinity.
For day trips, Lüneburg Heath, the Hanseatic city of Lübeck, or the Hansa-Park amusement park in Sierksdorf on the Baltic Sea are all worth a visit.

Anytime again!
The flat is very nicely furnished and super equipped! There is a parking space and we were able to store our bikes in our own cellar compartment. We wanted for nothing. The landlord is also very nice
Supermarket, discount store, bakery, restaurants and public transport are all within walking distance. The connection to Hamburg and the surrounding area is also no problem. We didn't need a car here. All in all, we can only recommend the accommodation. We will definitely be back!

Top holiday flat
Thank you very much for the great holiday flat. We had relaxing days and nights there. It was very quiet in the house, even from the S-Bahn you hear almost nothing
The flat is of high quality and beautifully furnished. We wanted for nothing

Super neat flat
We stayed in the flat for 4 nights.
Clean, well maintained, everything there and quiet.
The S-Bahn is within walking distance and you can get to Hamburg in 30 minutes.
A real tip is the Dorfkrug. You should have eaten there.
The landlords are very nice and helpful.
We will come again.

Upscale apartment in top location *****
This apartment is a stroke of luck with at least 5 stars! The flat is lovingly furnished with modern and upscale equipment
The kitchen, a dream with everything you need for a short stay.
The bathroom, not new, but equipped with modern elements and like the rest of the flat spotlessly clean!
The contact with the landlords was very good and very friendly.
The location of the flat is also tiptop. Neu Wulmstorf itself is just outside Hamburg.
Here, too, everything you need to live is within walking distance. Also fresh bread rolls on Sunday at "Nur hier".
The S-Bahn stop is within sight of the flat and runs every 10 minutes on weekdays. Every half hour on weekends
You can get to the main station, Jungfernstieg, Landungsbrücken, St. Pauli etc. in about 45 minutes without changing trains.
All in all, this flat is worth more than 5 stars and 100% recommendable!
