Welcome to our holiday flat Top Apartment 1 Hamburg/Rosengarten. This flat offers 65 square metres of space for up to 2 guests. It has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, which is equipped with a bathtub and sanitary fittings. The large roof terrace offers a marvellous view of the surrounding gardens and meadows, especially in summer.
The flat is equipped with all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances such as an oven, dishwasher, microwave and kettle. A coffee machine is available for coffee lovers. A washing machine is also available if you need to do laundry during your stay.
The living room is cosily furnished and equipped with 2 "stressless armchairs", a TV and a beautiful wooden table. Large windows let in plenty of natural light and offer a beautiful view of the surrounding gardens. There is also space for an extra bed if you prefer to sleep separately overnight.
The bedroom is furnished with a wide double bed and high-quality bed linen and offers a restful night's sleep.
The flat is a non-smoking flat and is therefore perfect for those who prefer a smoke-free environment. Tradesmen are also very welcome.

Location and surroundings of object
The flat is located in a 125-year-old farmhouse.
In the picturesque area of the Harburger Berge (also called Schwarze Berge) south of Hamburg. Ideal for hiking or biking (mountain bikers love this landscape) through the hilly landscape, through the forest to the Fischbeker Heide. Within walking distance you will find the Schwarze Berge wildlife park, the Kiekeberg museum village and many nice restaurants to eat in.
A bus stop of the Hamburg public transport network (HVV) is 200 metres away if you want to go into the city. Depending on the traffic situation, you can reach the city centre (23 km) in 20 - 30 minutes by car

- You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.
