Enjoy your holiday in our beautiful holiday flat in Güstrow in a unique, quiet location on the edge of the old town in the immediate vicinity of the cathedral. The high-quality furnished holiday flat for 2 - 4 people is located in the attic of a listed fisherman's house. It was built in 1784 and since its renovation in accordance with the preservation order, it will shine in new splendour inside and out from 2023.
The holiday flat has a fireplace, a large balcony and a wonderful view over the park-like garden, with separate access from the street. So you can enjoy undisturbed peace & privacy. The renovated and newly refurbished interiors combine the charm of the centuries with modern equipment and furnishings.

The Fischerhaus is situated on a park-like, idyllic property with a 200 m long fish pond, the historic Pfaffenteich. The park and pond can be used by the holidaymakers. On the ground floor of the fisherman's house is the flat of the landlords, who are present from time to time.
Fishing is allowed in the huge fish pond. Here you will find all freshwater fish (among others. You only need a fishing licence or a tourist fishing licence. There is also a jetty and a rowing boat at the fish pond. Free-range sheep graze on the property. A wood-fired sauna trolley is available for your use in the garden (extra charge per sauna use). On your large balcony you can barbecue with an electric grill.
The offer is ideal for all nature and culture enthusiasts, family holidays in Germany, family holidays with children, romantic holidays, short holidays in Germany, city breaks with children and holidays with dogs. For holidays with a dog, please note: max. 45 cm shoulder height and compatible with our dear rough-haired dachshund Ludwig.

Cancellation terms:
- STORNIERUNG Nach dem Vertragsschluss ist der Vertrag für beide Parteien bindend. Eine Stornierung, die grundsätzlich schriftlich zu erfolgen hat, kann nur innerhalb von 2 Wochen nach Erhalt der Reservierungsbestätigung kostenlos erfolgen. Eventuell geleistete Anzahlungen werden nach Verrechnung mit der Stornierungsgebühr zurückerstattet. Als Stornierungsgebühr berechnen wir grundsätzlich 50,- € Bearbeitungsgebühr. Nach diesen zwei Wochen sind bei Rücktritt von der verbindlichen Reservierung folgende Stornierungsgebühren fällig: bis 12 Wochen vor Mietbeginn —> 50% des Gesamtpreises bis 8 Wochen vor Mietbeginn —> 75% des Gesamtpreises bis 4 Wochen vor Mietbeginn —> 90% des Gesamtpreises Der Mieter hat bei Rücktritt keinen Anspruch darauf, den Mietzeitraum zu verschieben und den bereits bezahlten Teil auf eine in der Zukunft liegende evtl. Buchung anzurechnen. Dem Gast bleibt der Nachweis eines geringeren, uns der Nachweis eines höheren Schadens vorbehalten. !!Wir empfehlen den Abschluss einer Reiseversicherung!! Der Mieter ist verpflichtet, die anfallenden Stornierungskosten zu begleichen und kann sich dann mit der entsprechenden StornoRechnung die Kosten von der Reiseversicherung erstatten lassen. STORNIERUNG WEGEN CORONA Sollte es bezüglich Corona durch behördliche Verordnungen nicht möglich sein, Sie in unserem Ferienhaus zu empfangen (z.B. Beherbergungsverbot), wird die Reservierung kostenlos storniert. Hierfür fallen keine Gebühren an. Im Gegenzug hat der Gast in diesem Fall keinen Anspruch auf die Unterkunft und auf Schadensersatz. Um eine einvernehmlich Lösung (Verschiebung des Aufenthaltes, Rückerstattung der Anzahlung etc.) wird dann gemeinsam gesucht.
